Hana was very good at her Job, asking me questions and putting me at ease, very gratefull

Minster Law the woman I spoke to was very thorough and didn’t rush me and was very meticulous on getting the right information of what happened.

This solicitor is awful for my RTC which went to court and was found not at fault. Went to see specialist solicitor over 12 month ago who said I needed to see othopaedic surgeon. This has not been arranged and I have phoned up on numerous occasions who have assured me they would ring with an update and never return your call. The person handling my claim is never available. Only gave 1 star because I can’t give zero and looks very much like I will have to go to the legal ombudsman and service so poor. Do not use these.

Only have one star because you have to click to proceed , never use this company they are terrible it’s coming up two years now that I had a bad accident they are dealing with my claim , they ignore emails do not communicate absolutely terrible service stay away is the only advise I have

Very good experience

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. We got hit by a tractor in stop start traffic. The vehicle was written off but the insurance covered all that. Unfortunately we didn't have personal injury cover so looked online and decided to go with Minster Law. They were terrible. We had no updates about the case at all. We had to constantly chase then. The compensation we received didn't even cover the fuel it cost me to get to and from all the meetings we had to attend. £169 after all their fees and it took over a year to get that.
