Received regular updates that kept me informed throughout the process. Took the stress out of the situation so I didn’t have to worry.

Was given wrong information with the first agent I was with not sure if she as left the company or just changed teams she quoted to me I could claim for my husbands 2 days unpaid work that I was told in A&E I needed 48 hours supervision due to having concussion and also to claim for the car seat in my car at the time as any accidents may damage any car seats ….only to be told months later my new assigned agent that I could not claim for those extras.

Although claim took a while to settle( nearly a year) solictors kept me informed along the way with progress & steps.
