Great team, fast, efficient, and super friendly
After brake pad change in Swansea left my car with a screeching brake on the front passenger side. The car was towed into northgate kidminster. The whole team was great. Reception was so helpful. The work was done so quickly.
The original pad change kept me waiting for 3 and a half hours in Swansea.
The repair in kidminster took an hour and I was on my way.
Couldn't be happier.

Awful throughout
Awful service throughout. Got promised the world by the account manager. Signed up and have done nothing but return vans due to faults. Now they are trying to charge us for the replacement vans as well as the original vans. Account manager has wiped his hands and said he's the middle man. Depot manager speaks to you like rubbish and lies through teeth. Trying to deal with CS team to resolve only to now be told i need to return all vans for nothing more than they are having a paddy. Please avoid especially at an enterprise level
