I ordered an oven element last Friday. The website said the item would ship the same day and arrive within two working days.

The item still has not arrived, and I have received no update to confirm whether it has even been shipped. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging on WhatsApp, but have had no response.

Very poor communication and customer service. I would avoid ordering from them.

Superb service. Super fast shipping. Packaging was neat and tidy. 5/5.

Shipping charged was 2 euro more than in terms, simple text to say it was not updated, no apology just a thumbs up emoji??

Found the washing machine pump on their site, it was shipped quickly and tracked. Works perfectly, Very happy!

I didn’t hold out much hope of finding a replacement door handle for an old Beko washing machine that owes us nothing after nearly 13 years and had resigned to using a screwdriver to open the door but after a quick online search I found the exact match on Paddyspares. Put in my order on Saturday evening and DPD just dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. A bit of YouTubing and the handle is now fitted and working. A huge go raibh míle maith agaibh to Paddyspares

Easy to use website, had what I needed. From order (at weekend) to delivery was about 4 days. Quick response to email query also. Will use again!

I ordered a washing machine exhaust pump from Paddyspares and the wrong one arrived. I reported the issue (showed some photos comparing original and replacement parts on their WhatsApp support account).
Paddyspares agreed with the issue, accepted that they had suggested the replacement part which turned out to be wrong.
They provided the correct part (charged a difference in price - fair enough) and delivered the new part to my door - within 24 hours !!
I am fairly long in the tooth now but this is the very best service I have ever experienced

Have ordered a few items off them and have always been good quality and the right part. They have a whatsapp number and are very responsive and helpful on finding the right part for your machine.
I today ordered a part for collection and hadn't realised they have moved office to the other side of the city, when I asked for a refund as it was a small part it was no problem and the refund was processed instantly. Can't fault them at all
