Just taken delivery of a new MG IM5.
The purchasing experience from the initial telephone call through to delivery was exemplary.
The car was delivered on time and in showroom condition by an extremely pleasant lady by the name of Andrea.
I greatly appreciated a nearly full battery.
I'm now looking to make my next purchase with NCD.

I stumbled across the website by accident and I am glad that I did! The car I was interested in was offered with a truly massive discount, and considering that I bought the same model two years ago at full price I did not hesitate to pull the trigger.
It was a no fuss purchase, with delivery to my home address at the notified time and day, and with my part exchange being picked up the same day. The part exchange was at a price guaranteed at time of order, and it turned out to be higher than We Buy Any Car or Motorway.
I know where I will be getting my next car from when the time comes.

I just happened to come across New Car Discount when I clicked on one of their adverts on Facebook for a new car. I had already ordered the same car on lease which was scheduled for a 2nd September delivery via my company salary sacrifice scheme. John Robertson had come back to my query about pricing the White Phev and the price was The lowest I had seen, in fact around £2K cheaper than the cheapest dealer price for the car. I decided to place an order knowing that the car could be delivered early September. Once order placed I cancelled my company order.

The car was delivered today up to Glasgow from the Midlands. John had been very quick in replying to all queries I had throughout the process. £500 initial deposit at the time of order and the balance to be paid a day prior to delivery. Very smooth process, and I will surely be reaching out to New Car Discount again in a few years when I plan my next car.

This is my 2nd review for new car discount .com. (you can see my earlier review on this site) i got a new car from them last april its been a great car so far and the service i got from Nick and everyone at n/c/d/.com was great my brother in law saw my car and he took it for a drive loved it and asked me to arange a new car for him which i did through Nick again at n/c/d/.com it came yesterday on time delivered by andrea (nicks lovley wife) in tip top condition and bill loves it its the first new car he's ever bought and he's over the moon. we can't thank n/c/d/.com enough. great price great service what more could you ask for. if your buying a new car you can't go wrong. terry ogg

My new Ioniq 5 was delivered yesterday to my home. The service from Nick and his colleagues has been very good indeed with regular updates, even revised etas yesterday to my home near Bath. The deal was very competitive and part exchange for my Tucson was fair and realistic. Perhaps my one concern was the four months’ wait time for the car. This was beyond the control of New Car Discount and due to Hyundai delivery at the port. Overall, a very good experience and, as a Which member, I recommend this company.

Fantastic! Ordered my new White Jaecoo J7 Phev, kept up to date all the way through. Informed when it was coming but I was away on holiday that week, so rearranged for the following week. Delivery on the day was a breeze and the driver called when he was an hour away from my home. Fantastic price! Great guys to deal with and superbly helpful throughout.
