I hadn't previously come across New UK Cars, so a little bit of a leap of faith. Everything went to plan, with final balance paid after I received and inspected the car.

I was apprehensive about buying a car online especially as NewUKCars had just changed its name which always leads to doubts. But I did the background checks (Companies House etc) and the same people were in place (Ryan and Harley Bennett) which gave some comfort.
I had nothing to worry about as the service was excellent, communication top notch and the prices very good (the discount on my Kia was twice what I could secure from a main dealership).
The car was delivered when promised direct from a Kia dealership and was faultless.
It’s also reassuring to have an honest payment arrangement with a small deposit (they encourage payment of this by credit card for customer protection) and final payment only after delivery and inspection.
Ryan and Harley were always on hand to answer questions without delay.
