I submitted a web request and received a call from someone I believe was Kevin. He was both professional and courteous. He gathered additional information about the car I was interested in and assured me he would follow up with the necessary details and a quote by the end of the business day. This call took place on 2nd May, but they did not reach out as promised. As time passed, I completely forgot about them and opted to visit a dealership that offered an excellent price on the car in question.

To my surprise, I received a call on 13th May from 360 vehicle leasing, who were calling to provide me with updates on quotes. Unfortunately, I had to let them know that I had already placed an order with the dealership. They were understanding and maintained a polite and friendly demeanour.

I would recommend this company to anyone in search of a car, as they do eventually get back to you, even if it takes days, unlike broker4cars, who promise to follow up but never do.

I ordered a Nissan XTrail last year.
They kept me informed throughout the process and dealt with any issues that came up.
Delivery from Nissan was around 9 months from placing the order. Once it was ready they talked me through payment and booked in a delivery. It was delivered to my door 3 days after payment.

Came across 360 Vehicle Management after searching on the internet for new car deals. I couldn’t believe the price savings at first as they looked too good to be true, but after checking Trust Pilot and a little more rummaging around online I decided to go ahead. Very pleased I did as Chris and Vicky who I dealt with provided excellent customer service and answered all my queries quickly and knowledgeably. My brand new Kia turned up on a large car transporter at the agreed location, on the correct date, with only factory delivery mileage on it, and I could not be happier with it. The cost saving over the main dealer price is amazing! Would I use 360 VM in future … in a heartbeat!

I ordered a new Nissan Juke with 360 vehicle leasing. It was to be an outright purchase. No deposit needed only full payment 3 working days before car delivery. The price quoted was phenomenal and to be honest I thought the car would never turn up. My brand new Nissan Juke arrived and the price I paid was as quoted. I can recommend this company enough, absolutely fantastic service. Do not be afraid to use this company to purchase your next vehicle. I know some people will be sceptical as it’s not like going to a high street garage, picking the model, spec, colour, any extras and dealing with a sales person. Go to the garage before know what vehicle, spec, colour, any extras and order via 360. Your new vehicle will be delivered and you will save yourself some money. A very happy customer here after ordering one of the last available new Ford Focus’s in mid 2022 through Russell at 360 VM Bury. (Ford closed new Focus orders for quite a while in 2022). I bought the car outright and the price seemed too good to be true and I was a bit sceptical at first. The expected delivery date went by but I was assured the car was arriving soon. Sure enough a month later it arrived and I received the invoice with reg number and chassis number. A delivery date was quickly arranged and the car arrived on a transporter / trailer with minimal delivery mileage which was a nice surprise. The car was in perfect condition and after 6 weeks the V5c form arrived in the post with me as the first registered keeper. Since Ford have only just opened up new orders again recently and comparing the price of a new similar specced Focus I am very pleased I ordered through 360 at the price I got and a big thanks to Russel and Chris for answering all my emails so promptly.

This was the first time using 360 and i received my van when they said I would. I ordered in march for delivery in December. I must say I wasn't sure who they were or even if It was a scam! But it certainly wasn't and I love my new van. Will definitely be coming back for a new vehicle when I need one. The team at 360 were all very helpful.

Brilliant service from 360, Outright purchase. Nissan Juke Tekna+ car ordered Feb1st 2022 not available until Aug22 (not their fault). Held for me until the new 72 reg. car delivered on schedule. Order price was retained. Great service and comms from Chris or Russ.

Just had our new VW T-Cross delivered 18/03/22 a great company for car buying. Chris and the team kept me well informed and updated with delivery information Car arrived on low loader and 8 miles on the clock.

The easiest, most economical and best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had.
The team , Russel , Chris and Vicky were kind, patient and attentive and always answered questions immediately either by phone or email .
I bought a brand new Ford Transit custom outright from them ,far cheaper than anywhere else .
The van was delivered to my door and arrived in perfect condition on the date and time they said it would.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends alike .

Received the car which is the basic service I would expect. As soon as the car was delivered any questions are answered with 'nothing to do with them.'

Communication is minimal if not none existent. Will not be using again as cost saving is insignificant in comparison to the service provided.

Ordered a brand new VW Tiguan in the early part of 2021 and finally received it a few days before Christmas. Delays were due to VW production issues, nothing to do with 360 and couldn’t be helped. Payment didn’t need to be made until just before delivery. The car was much cheaper than if we’d bought from our local VW dealer - who couldn’t get close to the price we paid. We were initially a little nervous about sending the money to an online firm but everything went really smoothly and our new car was delivered on a trailer a few days later. Wouldn’t hesitate to use 360 again. The only minor criticism we have is that updates on wait times could be more proactive bearing in mind we had to wait 8 months for our car, we only received an update if we asked for one. But overall, superb service and highly recommended. We are in love with our new car! Thanks 360!

It was a worry ordering over the internet with an unknown company. Was it all too good to be true?
Well it was good, and it was true! We paid nothing until a few days before. The van arrived on the day, as promised, and the service before and after from Chris has been great.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chris was quick and actually listened to my enquiry. Then Russell was taking over as Chris was on holiday. Chris asked Russell to give me a quote but after a week, nothing. I called him to be called the wrong name even after correcting him.

I was then offered a vehicle that was wrong as when you ask for a lease then get told the price to buy it :-/. Was told I’d get a call back the next day but wait for it, nothing!

Left it a few days but nothing again. Called and was told he’d chase it up. Finally got an email with a price 30% dearer than the last quote. Checked the website and it’s listed at the cheaper price.

He explained everybody was busy but seemed like he was either tired, overworked or just not bothered.

Seems like a bait and switch and if you can’t provide the service, don’t offer it.

I won’t be using them and I won’t get back the time I wasted.

I've purchased new cars through brokers and leasing companies before and this has been my best experience so far. All initial contacts were quick and professional and the quote I received was better than all the other brokers. It was also twice as good as the best offer buying directly from the dealership. I can't understand why anyone would want to get ripped off by a dealer when they can use this company. Didn't even have to pick the car up as the price included delivery directly to my home.

Brexit and pandemic aside the Van we ordered came and was well worth the wait. Chris was very good at explaining how it all worked. Very good service and price. Would highly recommend. After being kitted out over the weekend, the van is now on it's first day at work!

Disappointing service or lack of it from Russel.
I’ve contacted this company twice, both phone calls taken by Russel. I’ve asked for details on a Nissan Qasqai and enquired how much would it be to add maintenance to the deal.
First time I as told there were 3 cars in stock and after my details were taken, I was promised to receive a phone call the same afternoon to confirm that price. No contact was made for over 48h. I then rang again, Russel has answered the phone and then told me all stock have gone. I was promised once again a call the day after and nothing so far.
If you can’t do the job you are getting paid for, don’t make false promises and be organised.

Shame and I will now take my money somewhere else.

After much research into the car I wanted I searched online and found 360 vehicle leasing were advertising a great deal on the Mazda I wanted. The ordering was hassle free and I was reassured that, as this was a cash purchase, no money changed hands until a few days before the cars delivery date. The company answered emails promptly and I felt they had my interests at heart as nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered on the date promised. I can thoroughly recommend 360 whatever your vehicle needs.

I ordered my car in June for what I hoped, and was told, would be a September 1st delivery. On the 28th of August I had heard nothing from 360, so I had to phone them to ask if the car was to be delivered. The reply I got was that it was due to be delivered week of 11th September. As it turned out, I got it on the 8th.
I am not in the slightest concerned about the missed delivery date, more about the lack of communication. I should not have to chase a supplier who can’t be bothered to call and inform me of change. Overall, I am happy with the car and the transporter delivery, but I shall not be using 360 in the future.
