Ordered an iPhone case from this website. It was half the price I could see on Amazon, paid for expedited delivery and it arrived within 2 working days. Really pleased with the transaction.

Slow delivery, it was stated delivery from UK but not the case, disappointed

Don't bother and be fooled into thinking its a UK business etc because they are using .co.uk

They are a danish company just using UK details and registered here so if you are in the UK don't use them for fixing a phone

Delivery was fairly quick considering it came from Germany (the website was not clear on where they shipped from at all) and it was well packaged. I am not at all convinced it is a brand new product as stated though. The box was slightly bashed at the corners as if it may have been opened before and the seal stickers were a bit off kilter. But my main concern was the lack of protective seal on the bottom of the charger (product is a OnePlus AirVOOC 50W Magnetic Charger 5451100089 - White). The user manual contained instructions for first use and step one was to "remove the protetive film on the bottom of the charger to acheive better charging and heat dissipation effects". There was definitely no seal on the bottom and I checked this many many times before use to be extra careful. All these factors lead me to think this is a refurbished 2nd hand product that they are selling as new. This is clearly very deceptive and I won't be buying from them again and I'd advise others to be evry wary of them. Something was a bit off from the website on the whole and lack of clarity where it was coming from exactly. I should have trusted my instincts and stuck to a more reputable vendor. At least the product works but I'm not at all happy about paying this much for second hand product that was labelled as new.

Edit: They have contacted me and insisted the item should be brand new but nevertheless suggested I return the item for a full refund and they will also reimburse the return postage costs. Also Dorothy very helpful and pleasant on the email correspondence. Dealt with very well

I had a very good experience. The item was exactly as stated online and the delivery process was smooth and fast.

Whilst this was my first and small purchase, TrendyPhone did e xactly as specified. Unfortunatly, theirn currier let then down by providing late delivery. Should the goods have arrived another day late, then it would have been of no use and thrown away.
