12 days to arrive is unexceptable
My order was made and confirmation 4074638845 received 27/08/25 when payment was also taken from my bank. It is now04/09/25 and I have yet to recieve my item. I assume the business is UK based and not some cheap chinese tack, so I'm confused why the item has taken far too long to arrive. I expect any reputable company to dispatch the item on the day of purchase at the very least via Royal mail 1st class post or alternatively gurenteed next day delivery by 1pm. It seems neither service has been used and when emailing asking for tracking details and an ETA I was advised "If you haven't results until 11/09, please contact us again, and we will find a solution for this problem" WHAT! potentially 12 working days for delivery! What is this 3rd world! I send items to Dubai which arrives faster! SHAMBOLIC! quick enough to debit my card yet lag when providing the product its disgusting you should be ashamed of yourselves, I have a brand new smart phone costing hundreds of ££ and no sufficent case to keep it safe. The product better be worth the wait and exceptional quality otherwise an immediate full refund will be expected

I actually want to give a zero rating. I ordered a case, postage charges were Royal mail 48hr tracked. So, I would expect to receive it within a couple of days..This is a complete lie.when I tried the track link, it didn't exist,I contacted them to chase it up and their reason is that it is shipped from Denmark and I have to be patient! I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait a further 8 days before they would decide what to do, it's been 18 days now and still no refund. They sent me a form to fill in to request a refund ( never had that happen before), did that and still no refund, they put as many hurdles in the way as they can.Communication is atrocious, customer care is terrible, in fact 'care' should be removed from the title, they have utterly failed to fulfill a basic transaction.Avoid at all costs .

Very disappointed brought a smart ring it just won’t work every time I load the app to use with it it just crashes off within seconds iv done everything correctly it seems the software if faulty so ring useless my iOS is up to date and instructions followed clearly it just does not work I doubt will ever get through to anyone to get a refund :-(

First order from MyTrendyPhone store, all went smoothly. Item was dispatched within two days - it did take a week to arrive but that is because it was sent from Europe to the UK which I knew about beforehand so not an issue. Item was fairly well packaged and arrived damage free. Just a note for UK buyers wanting things in a hurry - the Royal Mail tracked 48 option doesn't mean the item will arrive in 2-3 days from dispatch - it will take longer as it is coming from the EU.

Misinformation on delivery
As many have said on here the delivery times differ from what is stated on the website, which is a bit infuriating. The 48 Hrs ended up being 7 days. It does seem that the Company doesn't really no how long the delivery would take. This would be ok if stated on purchase that the delivery dates would be different, for me at least would be ok. They did however reimburse the cost of the delivery. The Item itself is very good and very happy with this. Just be more transparent with the delivery and I'm sure most people would be ok with that.
