Very easy website to negotiate

Very easy website to negotiate, fast service & delivery, A very good experience. The one small issue is the phone case stand is supposed to support the phone in both vertical & horizontal positions, I have found that the phone is only supported in the horizontal position.

Not a UK company. Delivery 17-days from fulfillment.

Although the .co.uk domain indicates a UK company, the delivery took 18-days to London (presumably from Denmark via Germany). The login and My Account page does not work, so you must email Customer Care to gain access to the delivery tracking ID. The cable and Essager pivot stand I ordered do work with my iPhone, but the Essager pivot stand is not designed to sit flush with the base of the phone as shown in the product listing - it protrudes approximately 5mm from the phone's base, so the connector adds significant stress to the phone's port when in use (and the cables will not fit my iphone without it). When I asked how long the delivery will take because the tracking had no indication after five days, Customer Care responded with "we request your patience". When placing orders with new suppliers that sell Chinese-made consumable products in the future, I will check that the My Account page functions correctly and verify delivery time if based outside of the UK.

Returns package was not collected by the supplier and eventually sent back to me in the UK. Finally they issued a refund. Product is not sent from Denmark, so why discourage returns by making me pay for international postage! Very poor . Buy elsewhere..

Still waiting for product

Still waiting for product,it's been nine days since ordering.The website has a British address but after seven days got an email that the product is coming from Europe .A bit disappointed and can't rate the product itself as I don't have it yet.Also it states it's 48hr tracked delivery which you pay £4.50 for so not the greatest

Unfortunately this was a complete failure. I bought a phone case, which broke in less that 24hr. Returned it as asked for and a week later I inquired what happened with my return. I was told that it will take 1-2 weeks or even longer to process the return. They answered promptly to my queries but did not actually confirm that they received my return or that they were working on it.
This was not a high value item and proof of faulty item should have been sufficient and not needed to return the item. Never the less, in our current society taking 2-3 weeks for a refund for such a low value is not something I would ever want to experience again. Based on these I do not recommend this company.

I rarely leave negative reviews

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with MyTrendyPhone has been so disappointing that I feel other UK customers should be aware before ordering.

I placed my order through the UK website and paid over £4 for delivery. The use of a UK website, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and the overall presentation of the service gave me the clear impression that my order would be dispatched from the UK. Had I realised that my parcel could be travelling internationally, I would not have placed the order.

My parcel was dispatched before midday on Friday. A full week later, it still had not even reached the UK, despite the estimated delivery times advertised. What made the experience even worse was being told by customer service to simply wait another week and be patient, without any meaningful solution or reassurance.

I have since discovered that MyTrendyPhone is a Danish company with warehouses in several countries. While this information can be found on the website, I do not believe it is made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process that a UK customer's order may not actually be dispatched from the UK. As a consumer, I found the overall presentation of the service misleading.

Customer service was another major disappointment. There is no straightforward customer service telephone support, and you are largely left dealing with online chat and waiting for responses. When an order is significantly delayed, customers should have the opportunity to speak to a real person and receive clear information about what is happening.

The most frustrating part is that I paid for a delivery service, trusted the estimated delivery times, and after a week my parcel had still not even entered the country. Instead of taking responsibility, I was simply asked to wait longer.

I appreciate that delays can happen, but transparency and customer service are just as important as the products themselves. Unfortunately, I found both seriously lacking.

In my opinion, UK customers deserve much clearer information about where their orders may be dispatched from and what delivery times they can realistically expect. I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience and would not order from MyTrendyPhone again. I am also considering raising my concerns with Trading Standards, as I believe UK consumers should receive clearer and more transparent information before making a purchase.

Very disappointing experience.

Jeg er helt i chok over denne firma og…

Jeg er helt i chok over denne firma og deres kundebetjening.
Jeg troede det var trygt at bestille telefon og flere varer ved et dansk firma.
De skriver dag til dag levering.
Man kan ikke komme igennem på deres telefon. Man kan skrive med en medarbejder via chat som lover hver dag at nu sendes mine varer, og at jeg vil få en mail med sporingsnummer. Hver dag skriver jeg pænt og spørger om varerne bliver sendt i dag, og hver dag lover de at sende varerne. Men det sker ikke. Mine varer er fortsat ikke sendt trods de i flere dage hver dag lover mig det sker i dag. Jeg er rystet. Jeg kan ikke på nogen måde anbefale et firma som forleder kunder på denne måde og ikke leverer som de lover. Man skal som kunde selv rykke og henvende sig, man får ingen opdatering fra dette firma på deres initiativ. Virkelig elendig kundeservice.
