Charge for 48 hour tracked delivery but dont send details or in fact send via 48 hour delivery.
Of course they can hide behind the delivery company claiming its out of their hands but if you don't send within 48 hours you can't really claim its the delivery company to blame. Paid on the 6th claim to have despatched on the 8th now the 13th and still not arrived.
Will not use again and neither should you. You only have to look at the other posts to see I'm not alone wish I had then I wouldn't be writing this review.
Cant enter a reference number because I was never even given confirmation thankfully I paid through paypal so I at least have that as proof of purchase.
May have to make trading standards aware of this shady practice.

Not a UK company
A deceptive and untrustworthy company. I waited for my first order for a week, and when I enquired on progress was told it was out of stock. An alternative product *eventually* arrived from Germany (from a UK company...?), having no doubt sat in a Customs warehouse for a week.
I wouldn't dream of using this company again. Nor should you. Their effusive apologies on this site ring completely false.

Lied About Postage Categories
I ordered an item from the website selecting their standard 'Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked' option (one of the reasons I picked this seller), but when I enquired a week later when my order would be arriving I was told that items are sent out as a standard letter. When I flagged this as not corresponding with their website, they were mostly unapologetic and defensive. Item itself was fine and arrived packaged properly, but if you are ordering with the aim of receiving it promptly don't order from here.

I received an email on the 1st of May telling me my order has been dispatched Royal Mail 48 Tracked. No tracking information was provided. Seven days later I am being asked to rate the experience but my parcel has not arrived and no contact from Royal Mail or this company. 166 hours have elapsed. Where is my item?

Ordered a smart case for a Samsung s25 ultra. Nice case but when I tried to load the app for running the smart case app both google and Samsung declined to load the app as its unknown and potentially unsafe. Returned for a refund. this has cost me the postage both ways - so about £9 for something unusable :-(
The company refunded my postage and the cost of the item. It took 4 weeks to get my money back.
