Delivery schedule is very slow, when purchased dispatch / delivery was about 2 to 3 days and it’s now over a week now and it’s not even in the uk.

One star for entertainment value. What I received was a miniature cover not a mobile phone cover.

After repeated, and ultra clear instructions to mytrendyphone, to desist from sending to my email all: offers/deals/news/marketing of any kind, and to immediately remove me from any and all present and future suchlike lists, this company still persists in bombarding my email. If I had realised their customer service was questionable, I would not have used them. I do not recommend them to any prospective customers.

Item as described, fast delivery.

Overall Experience is positive and the product is as described. A small issue with a delay in getting the item which I was aware of when ordering but it went on for an extended period and then the order was cancelled. Re-ordered straight away and received within 5 days.

This company operates outside of the UK law as they reside outside of the UK meaning they use a typical trading scam used by many companies selling cheaper products etc.
I personal received a faulty item and was of course expecting to return it and have my return postage paid for, but to my utter surprise NO, they said I have to pay the return postage, so to put this in context, I have paid for shipping to me, paid for the faulty item and now I have to pay for return postage! So by the time I have returned the item and received the refund for the item that’s faulty I will actually be out of pocket, so I have to keep! Hence the scam! The company profits from selling faulty items. This is a breach of UK trading standards
Also see the warnings on trustpilot stating they use unsupported review methods! The positive reviews are most likely fake!

Excellent service, good price and fast delivery!

The glass protectors for my Motorola Neo 40 Edge screen and camera lenses arrived on time and as promised.
The screen protector is quite thick which has meant that the screen often does not respond to taps.

The items that I ordered arrived nicely packed. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Only what bothered me is, there's option to pay double for faster delivery (1-2 business days), I placed the order Thursday evening and it came on next Wednesday.

The case i ordered for my Samsung s23 to show time in window did NOT work. Waste of money. It was not genuine Samsung product. Rip off lookalike!

Great service fast postage this item the second phone case I have ordered from these guys and I have never had a problem. Only ordering a new one because I have damaged my old one.

I never received the product, was asked to fill out an affadavit form to confirm non-delivery, and the product still didn't arrive. I've requested a refund, and finally can report everything is now sorted.

I bought a samsung phonecase which was terrible in quality and did not protect my phone so I sent it back.
It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for a refund. I have reached out to the company who tell me I will recieved it as soon as possible.. I dont think I'll ever get it back !! Over £30 wasted on this unprofessional site. Avoid !!

Very competitive pricing, fast delivery considering they are not based in the UK (though processing time could be improved). The postage is a little high for small products, but then again they are sent internationally (Denmark).

Good customer service when I had cause to contact them regarding discount codes.

Overall though I would definitely use this company in the future.
