Deliveries take 10+ days to arrive. Avoid.

Returns process is shocking. Buttons don't work on the website to create an RMA so that you sack it off and don't return products. Just pay the few quid extra and order from the UK, not worth the hassle at all.

My order was dispatched on time but there was a delay by the UPS.

The phone case is exactly what I wanted, and the tracked delivery kept me informed up to arrival a few days later in the UK. Excellent service from Denmark and Germany.

The product ( a phone cover) was as described and I was updated about delivery dates so very pleased

After ordered on 5 December they took the money without having the product in stock. Luckily I've been inspired to ask for order confirmation on their chat. SURPRISE!!! they said that the product not in stock. Why you selling something that you don't have??? Now waiting for the refund. Let see how long it takes. They said next day. I have a feeling that gonna take much longer.

Tried online to get a Genuine S25 Ultra Flip Case without any luck. Saw My Trendy Phone had one but was still a bit reluctant to purchase as I have bought non Genuine cases before and the quality has been poor. Must admit fitted well and quality seems good. Would Recommend.

Further to my post on 7 November, I am still no further forward, the company is ignoring my e mails.
They sent me an e mail earlier in November that was meant for someone else and from the text of the e mail the customer was having the same problem I have, I even got an e mail asking me to change my review and the would give me the return postage back, it would be better if you gave me my phone back, all e mails to them now are being ignored, I will be reporting my phone as lost to the police and my insurance company, I wish I had read their reviews before I placed my order

De skriver fri fragt i starten af betalingen, men ved endelig betaling er der ingen fri fragt, ifølge købeloven skal der være fri fragt hvis der loves fri fragt. Heller ikke rabat på 7% hvis man bliver medlem. Tlf servicen er meget uhøflig, gentager bare sit vrøvl og afbryder hele tiden. Min erfaring er at sådanne sider, med rod i ordren, har stor risiko for at svindle med andre ting. Noget møg.

Both items I have bought where delivered quickly and they are of great quality and value

Ordered from what seems a UK based website. Tried to cancel later the same day, but told item already dispatched. One week later nothing has arrived. No tracking information. AVOID

They had my phone for 2 months... Me constantly chasing. Now they say they can't fix my phone but want to change me extra for diagnostics.

The "smart view" cover for a Samsung S23 Ultra required the installation of an app to make it work (the list of permissions it needed was worrying). When it started working I thought it was going to be okay, although I was still nervous of the snooping app. I went to use my phone after about an hour and the battery was almost dead! I checked usage and the app had eaten through 20%. This makes it impractical to use.
Then the fun of the "easy returns" process begins. After getting through the various options - helpfully all in Danish - for the return reason you are asked for bank details. This isn't sort code and account number, or IBAN. It is "Reg. Number". What is that supposed to be? Why not refund to the original payment card (like every other company in the world does)?
I summary, the item is not fit for purpose and the returns process makes it impossible to get your money back. I'll have to write the money off and learn a lesson.

Absolute shambles of a company, they have now had my phone over 2 weeks, I have sent proof of postage and delivery several times to them and when I ask them what has happened to my phone they just keep asking for proof of postage, it is clear they have lost my phone but won’t admit, I wish I could leave zero stars for their incompetence
