Mistakenly ordered wrong case initially. Very esdy to contact customer services who were able to amend the order online. Additionl 7% discount for joining the "club", a nice touch as standard delivery charges was £4.50. I didn't realise I was ordering from Denmark, so item took a week to arrive. Good quality case at reasonable price.

Item stopped working a week after receiving it. Sent it back using tracked delivery and now they are stating that their representative has not logged the return so will not issue a refund. Do not purchase from here as the representative is a flat in Ipswich!

Excellent range of products that couldn't get at local shops. Good delivery - not "over-packaged" so went through letter box!

To be honest, not too impressed with quality of case or cover.
Thought by paying a little extra we would get better quality!!1 Lesson learnt.

Had my eye on a particular case but didn’t want to spend that much luckily my trendyphone hadn’t arrived until exactly the same one considerably cheaper! Very happy with purchase and prompt shipping ! Thank you will definitely use you again !!

My order isn’t coming hasn’t came yet or anything this is the third time I’m putting in a review I’m being scammed as it looks I ordered a digital camera in December nothing has came yet

Delivery was fast but case I ordered said magsafe and it doesn't work on a wireless charger which is disappointing and the case is very flimsy and keeps popping off when I open the phone [samsung flip]

Great shopping experience. Contacted help for a tracking number and they were very quick and helpful. Phone case arrived quickly and safely.

Ripoff. They state Royal Mail tracked 48 to make you think it is coming from the UK. It doesn't. It comes from Europe. 6 days later and it is still not in the UK. Avoid

To make matters worse, I got an email from Hélène Julian with no acknowledgement that they are misrepresenting their shipping premises. My item spent 3 days in Germany. How can that be Royal Mail tracked 48?

The iPhone 17 pro case I wanted was easy to find and order. The case came today in good condition and looks and works well, I recommend.

Pleased with great delivery. Not so sure on the app for the phone. All my phone antivirus apps flagged up suspect software, do not install!!! I did but still wary, and there is no record of the software "SmartWindow"on Playstore. Can you advise.

I have chosen to post this review because I was really very positively surprised by one of MyTrendyPhone's products...!!!!!
I bought a Philips TV with ambilight last year at Christmas time...
This ambilight function turned out to be a super good addition to a TV, which makes the experience much better...!!!!!
It is highly recommended to everyone...!!!
It should be emphasized that ambilight is ONLY available for Philips TV, as they have a patent on exactly the ambilight device...!!!
And this part is clearly worth recommending to everyone who wants a clearly better experience...!!!
Unfortunately, the remote control is a bit worse crap and this is exactly where MyTrendyPhone comes into the picture...!!!!!!
The remote control that came with the TV already had a problem with the arrow keys in particular, so I of course contacted the dealer and was immediately sent a new remote control...
The only problem was that after 3-4 months it turned out to be a bit crap, unfortunately...!!!!!!
I must admit that I was quite frustrated and close to giving up...!!!
I then sat and Googled, and then came across a copy product from MyTrendyPhone...
I then thought that I had nothing to lose by trying their product, I could only be pleasantly surprised, so I decided to buy it...
The remote control from MyTrendyPhone is PERFECTLY similar to the original remote control from Philips, the only difference is that it does NOT say Philips on it...!!!!!!!! This remote control from MyTrendyPhone works PERFECTLY without any defects, ABSOLUTELY the best purchase I have ever made...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, at long last, I can now get FULL use of my TV, FULLY without any irritations...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I said, I can fully recommend the Philips TV with ambilight, it works perfectly as intended and just gives all kinds of TV platforms, whether it is movies, series, music or documentaries, just a much better experience...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides the remote control working PERFECTLY, it is super cheap, it costs less than 100 Danish kroner...!!!
So for those of you who have already invested in a Philips TV with ambilight, don't worry...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a transparent smart ring protector but when it arrived it was white not transparent. I therefore returned it for refund and they tried to say it wasn't their product. I couldn't use the same envelope to return item as I ripped it apart to open it but 100% definitely their ring protector and they refused to refund me for a product which fails to match description. Avoid using this company at all costs they are fraudsters. Order no 16694264.
