I contacted customer service today to report that I have not received my order. Although the delivery company claims the parcel was delivered, they only provided a photo of an unidentified door and stated it was mine. Despite this, the company chose to trust the delivery service rather than their customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. The order was a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and this has caused significant upset. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they do not appear to value or trust their customers.

Very nice phone cover and prompt delivery

Placed an order which i thought was from uk which came from germany damaged then i had to pay £4,70 to return it 48hrs tracked. That was 3 weeks ago sent atleast 8 emails since then and same reply back saying our team will look into this when they can. Do not buy from them shocking service

Case looks and feels good. Price was good. Should have been 4 stars but delivery was a very long time, i didn't realise it was coming from Europe and then Royal Mail.
case does not have a magnetic close and the phone has to be waken up each time i open the case.

This is the 2nd time ordering and the cover is as expected. Unfortunately I had to wait 6 days for it to be delivered because I ordered it on a Friday morning and the weekend didn't count. This will probably put me off ordering next time.

Wasn't difficult at all to choose. Once I made my choice the rest was as easy as A B C. Pack arrived on time and in perfect condition. Everything went so smoothly. I will buy from them again if l need a new case.

Good product quality excellent customer services and delivery timed

Delivery was really quick. The products were exactly as described and fit perfectly for my phone.

Delivery lag was longer than I expected (Almost a week)
It was not obvious that the package was coming from Denmark
So rather than an anticipated Next Day, it was more Next Week

I must be fair. Trendyphone without any prompting have contacted me and have apologised for the misunderstanding, and have taken the appropriate responsibility.

In fact I would now use them again as I believe this shows a genuine and correct attitude to good customer service.

Smart case which makes life easier. Nice feel and good fit.

Installation was a bit of a faff 😞 but I got there 😀

I wasn't expecting to have to install an unknown/ non Trusted app to make the case work, I thought it would be like a Samsung case, plug and play!
Now checking if the app is safe or not, if it isn't then it will just have to go in the lesson learnt draw I suppose 🫤
(Update) Warnings has been given explaining that the app exposes your device and sensitive apps to exposure.
I wouldn't buy this again if I knew then what I know now.
Delivery was very slow, but this pales into insignificance compared to everything above, Royal mail tracked 48 delivery, the item spent 3 days in Germany, but the Royal mail side was 48 hours.

Sent the wrong coloured item, ask to be sent the correct one. Instead I have to send the other back to be offered a refund or new item. A lot of hassle for a back screen cover.

Excellent service. The case was sold at a reasonable price, it was good quality and arrived in a timely fashion.

Fits perfectly onto my keyboard and does what I hoped it would do.

Kan ikke anbefaler Trendy phone mere.Siden den 24 Januar venter jeg på mit vare.Engang fik jeg et svar , så ønskede de bestillingsnummer .Havde ikke hørt noget fra dem mere siden d.d.at nu havde de pakket pakken. Ingen god service

Jeżeli komuś się spieszy to kilka dni robi różnicę - a po negatywnej opinii wywierają presję.
