Moen buy it for looks buy it for life??? Should have been buy it for no damn pressure whatsoever. Was happier with our old kitchen faucet. Come on Moan…

Terrible website that doesn't even let me make a purchase. Several calls to customer service, was put on hold for hours, and spoke to three different customer service reps who could not help me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not sure why everyone is complaining on here about the customer service, I've had nothing but good experience when I've had any problems with any of the moen fixtures the builder used in our new construction home 9 years ago. I had one where the bronze finish was scratched by the installer and it eventually started turning green aftet about 5 years, one call and a new faucet was in the mail same day. Last year was year 8 and our kitchen hose started leaking its one where the hose is part of the faucet. They sent me a new, redesigned hose, re-engineered to prevent the same issue that happened to us with the 8 year old design. This week, in year 9, I had a bathroom faucet fixture start sounding like it was sucking air when I turned it on, it's part of a double sink, when I looked under it was leaking out of the bottom. I took a picture of the faucet from the top and emailed moen, the email response came in a couple hours and the response was literally an order confirmation for a free new faucet replacement sending to my home with tracking number. Talk about painless warranty claims. I didnt have to vibrate a vocal cord once or write more than a couple sentances and snap a quick pic and they honored the warranty even after 9 years. I don't know of another brand where they save you all that money even after it's been in use by kids growing up for 9 years. My next fixture will be a moen. One of those fancy shower heads for valentines is looking like a great gift idea, since I didn't have to buy a 280 faucet to replace one that broke after 9 years I can spend extra on her this year. Absolutely the best service ever. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and speedy. Spoke with Jill and had everything taken care of immediately. Parts arrived quickly and install was very easy. Great product and fantastic service. Second great experience in the last couple of years. Will always buy Moen.

Had a moen kitchen faucet installed in my brand new condo and it didn’t last 5 years and now they don’t wanna replace it because its a commercial use but yet if its a personal use its guaranteed for life? How does that make sense never buy moen its cheap quality products that eventually break! Spend a bit more and get quality like riobel aquabrass blanco etc!

Purchased moen bathroom faucet, 6 months after installation, it started leaking. Searched for replacement part (202233), but none to be found. Contacted Moen 3 month's ago, still no replacement part. Don't buy Moen.

Builder put in Moen fixtures. Had to replace shower handle after 5 years. After 6, the kitchen faucet started spraying water everywhere (corroded). Called for replacement but takes 5-6 days via Canada Post and then a couple of weekends means a week and a half with no functioning tap in the kitchen. A voucher would be much simpler and efficient system. They need to reconsider. Don’t think I want to replace with a Moen fixture considering the lack of quality anyway.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a new Haelyn kitchen faucet and parts were missing so I tried calling but there CS is automated and they never call you back, had to call the store where purchased and they did pay the return shipping and full refund!

We searched, knew we wanted a Moen. Chose the Renew dual shower head and handheld because it gives WATER! I can rinse my hair in seconds rather than . I didn’t want anything that had rain in its name because I like water volume like a fire hose and this delivers. The brushed nickel finish is pleasing. Handheld clicks in place easily. The adjustment to switch from shower to hand held is high and behind the head which makes it a little tricky to see and get to but I’ll learn the settings. Love it.

Bad 1-800 number system. Always busy. To avoid being on hold you get the option to give a call-back number. But when they call back you just get put back on hold! The absurdity makes me feel like I'm in a 'Seinfeld' routine":

customer: "But that's what the callback is for, so I don't have to be put on hold!"
Moen: "Sir, we know what the callback is for."
customer: "I don't think you do!"

Four stars for the actual service and follow-up, but zero for the technical side of the customer service for an average score of two stars.

Almost new water faucet installed by previous owner. Leaked after few years. They say their warranty does not apply since it was the previos owner.

Moen: Poor quality products, no meaningful warranty. Can't recoomend at all.

I installed the Moen Marietta kitchen faucet a couple of years ago, and a few months back the swing spout has become almost impossible to move, so I have to depend on the pull-out spout for everything. I have tried multiple times to contact "customer service", which was a complete waste of time. They don't answer the phone, no chat line, and they schedule callbacks days in advance -- and they never call! I'm at my wit's end trying to find a replacement faucet, because every time I think I've found one the reviews are terrible -- all brands! What the hell has happened to quality control? I had always thought that Moen was top of the line but shame on them, and I hope they read these reviews!

Needed some replacement parts so I emailed Moen with some pictures. They promptly responded and sent the parts right away. Extremely pleased with the service

I'm not a pro, just a DIY'er. I use nothing but Moen for any kitchen or bathroom plumbing fixtures. From my first experience with them about 25 years ago where their customer support help me figure out a way to salvage what could have been a catastrophe, to the warranty replacements over the years. Moen has always provided knowledgeable help, and stood by their products. I won't use anything but Moen.

Cauldwell High Arch Kitchen Faucet started leaking and the swivel faucet just fell off in about 2 1/2 years. Trying to claim the warranty is a nightmare. No one answers the phone, their is no chat support and you get a tape machine telling you when they will call you or to schedule an appointment another day. Thing is they don't call withing the window or on time when you make an appointment. Worse customer service ever. Do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from this company

really bizarre, warns us of unusual water use when there is no water being used / leaking anywhere - plumbers have checked all options - when this happens during the night and noone wakes up the water is shut off which is dangerous for washing machines etc

Customer service over the phone is by appointment, with the earliest being days later. You can't be serious! Go to the competition.

Trying to get questions answered on a problem and have to pick a day for a call back!!!! What? I called on a Friday and the first day I could choose for a call back was Wed, Thursday or Friday!! REALLY!!!

We purchased Moen fixtures for our recently renovated bathroom. It took two plumbers four trips and two replacement cartridges to get the shower head to stop dripping. Today, the four month old sink stopper broke. Garbage product.
