Excellent service.
Ever since I have joined they have been quick in replying to claims. Also on the odd occasion when I claimed before the new financial year they were very polite in explaining why they couldn't pay.

Extras, give it a miss!
EDIT: So here we are 9 days after it has been ESCALATED and 18 days since I first brought it to their attention.... nothing!
First of all let me say that Medicash is a first rate company in general. I have been a member since 1974 when it was the penny in the pound. However one of the benefits they have as part of the plan is "perks at work" and its a good scheme offering you discounts on many items. It works well until it doesn't then its a nightmare as there is no contact other than emails which they can action or not as is the case in this instance. Several times in the past couple of years my account has disappeared completely, the lot my purchase history, my earned wow points, my reloadable cards. Its a pain to get this back as no one gives you any idea why it goes in the first place. On this occasion I have been trying since the 12th March both with "perks at work" and since the 26th March with customer service at Medicash itself all to no avail. My history has gone and no one has any feedback for me. Its a shame as its a good system and I have spent thousands on it over the years.

I can't praise Medicash highly enough
I can't praise Medicash highly enough. They have been supportive through many years I have been with them, through their helpful staff. Their processes are simple and straightforward and timely. In a recent serious accident, they were quick to enable me to access extra support in addition to NHS. I heartily endorse them.

The last company I worked for you…
The last company I worked for you automatically had Medicash as one of your perks, different levels for each grade. I carried it on after I left paying monthly and it is so convenient, I’m on the basic but you have options.
The online system is easy to access. You pay initially then forward your receipt and Medicash sends the money to your bank. Every time I have to phone up the advisors are very helpful, professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend and have done.
