Great company. I have never had any problems with claims. Everything is dealt with electronically and is fast and efficient. Payments are made promptly. The few times I have called the customer line my issues have been dealt with quickly and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Hardly let you claim for anything. Cannot claim for immediate family unless you’re married and have children. No good if you’re single.

I can’t praise the Medicash Team…
I can’t praise the Medicash Team enough. I have been with them now since I first started working back in the early eighties.
The system has changed a lot and the new way of filing a claim is simple and efficient.
If ever I need to call and ask a question or need information, the staff are always most helpful and easy to talk to.
