Great customer service
A lovely lady called Michelle, answered the customer service phone 5 minutes before closing and happily went through my account, options and assisted me with previous claims (I hadn't put through). While she should have been finishing at 5pm. She spent a good half hour assisting me with all, getting my 30+ year old account out so it is all working properly now (as there have been so many changes since I set the account up). So thank you to Michelle and Simplyhealth for helping us on our way with our health & financial health, re our plan. Great customer service and easy claims with prompt payments.

Complicated Health!
Sadly, Simply Health has become super-complicated.
It refuses to recognise my Touch ID, despite my setting it up many times.
It's reluctant to even display current or past claims because its software won't move between policies.
There are still real humans behind the scenes but we have to keep shouting at the AI system till it lets them speak to us.
That said, the actual humans are lovely.

A mistake had been made at the optician…
A mistake had been made at the optician Katie helped by listening to what had happened and explained the claim had been approved based on the original receipt but thanked me for bringing the mistake to there attention.

Lucy for an Award, she was exceptional.
I had the good fortune of speaking with Lucy about the issue I had with my Health Plan which had been set-up incorrectly. Lucy was not only exceptionally professional, helpful and patient, but she went over and above to resolve the issue. She was patient with my son (Special Needs), whilst speaking to him about giving consent for me to deal with his Plan. She was informative and about my policy and explained it in detail so that I understood what it was I had in my Plan, and she did this whilst being very friendly from start to finish.
