It first said that it should arrive in 2 weeks time. We've waited a month and half to receive our orders. I called them (again) to know the update and they told me it will come in another 3 months! I had to cancel it and deal with unhappy clients.

You could not have chosen a more out of the way collection point. In the middle of nowhere, with hardly any signs.

Over all easy and good but drove all the way to StVenera to collect my items as instructed only to be told to go to TaxBiex

I ordered Ikea dining chair covers for the Ekedalen chair. MaltaShopper showed up on my google search as having the colour I wanted in stock and so I signed up and placed my order. It took 3 weeks overall from initial order placement to delivery at my door in Canada. For most of that time (about 2.5 weeks of it), the item was in Malta - and was waiting to be delivered to the warehouse. Once it got to the warehouse, it was shipped out very quickly via DHL and arrived in about 2 to 3 days.

I'm very happy with the product, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, it would be better if there was a faster process to get the item to the warehouse from its initial location, because that could have shaved about 2.5 weeks off the entire order fulfillment process.

I'd definitely use this company again.

Very smooth service. Just input codes for the items needed and place your order and pay. Just wait for the email to tell you that you may collect the items. Very nice and helpful guy at the Mqabba warehouse. Will use the service again.

Hands down extremely excellent experience. Got to Maltashoppers during lunch break. This lovely lady opened the door to let someone out and when she saw me there asked if she could help. I said I can wait as I know it's her lunch break but she insisted and In around 10 mins I was on my merry way home. She even helped me put stuff in the car!!!
