Jazmin Mahmood dealt with my claim efficiently. My claim involved an accident that happened in Spain which Jazmin pursued my claim to a satisfactory conclusion.

It was a great customer service. The case worker Georgina Evan’s worked towards my case preparation although it was too short case review in timing. She could made it on time for the court hearing and I had good representation in court which paid off successfully. It’s r trust full and effective law firm.

A catalogue of errors and mishandling of a car accident claim from start to finish. Totally incompetent. Terrible communication and failed to realise that they were also handling the claim from the other party. Resulted in a CCJ being threatened against me.

They then claimed that the case had been found in my favour and paid me the claim money. Turns out that this was the money from my insurer meant for the other party. Because of the prior shambolic handling, I didn't get the chance to properly contest the claim.

They then pursued me for the return of the money, despite it being their mistake and being made aware of all the stress they'd caused me. I paid it just to avoid the added stress of dealing with them any more. (This went on for nearly two years)

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid these cowboys.

Lyons Davidson were appointed to persue our claim following an RTA when the other party refused liability. This was eventually heading to Court (2 years later) when Candela successfully guided us through the process of negotiating a full settlement plus compensation on the eve of the hearing.

I cannot fault the service I received from Lyons Davidson Solicitors. I was involved in an extremely lengthy and complex family court matter, and throughout the process I received exceptional support from both of my solicitors, Amayi Hampson and Bia Brito.

Amayi handled my case for nearly two years and was an exceptionally caring, compassionate, and highly skilled solicitor. She always made me feel listened to, supported, and reassured, and her expertise and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome were evident throughout. When she went on maternity leave, Bia took over. Given the complexity of the case, the handover was seamless, and Bia was fully up to speed from the outset.

Once my case was handed over to Caroline Fraser, things were dealt with professionally and relatively smoothly although it took almost 3 years to reach a final closure.

Communication was very poor. Did not feel that they were acting in my best interest. I made a formal complaint about their performance but it was not actioned. Settlement of my claim was delayed many weeks due to a my case officer leaving the company which I was not informed about and then further delayed when the replacement also left. Would not recommend this
