We went in yesterday to purchase a bed mattress and met the sales lady Marie Reburn.

She was so welcoming, helping and kind to our 2 young daughters.

When we sat down to purchase the mattress, she thought ahead as she knew my two young children would get bored at this point and found them a fun mattress to enjoy, using the remotes etc.

She was very knowledgable and not pushy, just really kind and I’m
Glad she was the one who we brought this from!

We visited the Aylesbury store today. Marie was super helpful and attentive and talked us through our options. We now have the perfect bed and mattress arriving in a few weeks! Thank you Marie x

Since moving to the area some 50 years ago my wife and I have always received good service from Lucas's for our occasional furniture needs. This time I was on my own needing a smaller bed for "downsizing". I was immediately impressed by the wide range of beds displayed in their showroom and even more impressed by the friendly knowledgeable assistance I got from Marie Raeburn in determining the criteria that best suited my needs. She subsequently kept in close touch with regard to the delivery and sorted out a minor problem in the fitting of the mattress protector.
Overall absolutely excellent service and the now delivered bed is wonderfully comfortable.

We made two visits to Lucas Furniture before placing our order. The atmosphere is so relaxing, with the coffee shop you could be in there for hours. All the staff we encountered were friendly and not at all pushy.
We bought furniture from both floors and dealt with Alistair downstairs and Stuart upstairs. They are a credit to the store. The furniture is superior to others we had seen. Would thoroughly recommend.

Visited this lovely store again to try and find a dining table and anything else that caught my eye. The staff are excellent and not “sales pushy” and leave you to roam at your leisure. When I did need some advice the wonderful Beverley was on hand to assist. She is a credit to the store - thank you Beverley, your knowledge, assistance (and patience!!) was greatly appreciated!!! I am soooooo looking forward to my delivery 😊

I travelled a long way to visit Luca's Furniture, and it was well worth the journey. I was warmly welcomed by Stuart in the living and dining department, who provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions while helping me choose several items. His patient, professional, and informative approach made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and I never felt rushed.

We went to Lucas Furniture on 12th July 2026 and were warmly and courteously greeted by Adam. We knew the colour, shape and cushion squidginess we wanted and Adam showed us all the options available. He even went one better, when we found the one we wanted as it was a modular sofa and he even went moved the pieces into the exact configuration we were looking for!!
Absolutely excellent service and we placed the order and now await delivery of our lovely new sofa.

After visiting both John Lewis & Fishpools who's furniture displays were disappointing and many of their displays with broken non functioning draws etc we
visited Lucas Furniture today for the first time, and found a little gem!

What a beautiful store with a huge range of furniture to suit all tastes. We were assisted in our choice of furniture by Chloe who was knowledgeable about the products, efficient and friendly. It's clear that Lucas is way ahead of the game providing a first class service all round.

We were amazed at the huge number of suites on display (and we only looked at one floor!). They were nicely set out and we were able to wander through, trying ones we liked the look of for size. Having decided on 3 potential settees, Alistair appeared and was really helpful, with a tape measure and details of options (size, fabric/colours, cushions) within the ranges we thought were possibilities.
Two days later we'd made our final choice and it's due to be delivered tomorrow. All very smooth.

Having been a very happy customer of Lucas for many years, it was natural we should return to buy a new bed and mattress. We were not disappointed. The range of beds was extensive and prices were very competitive. Marie was outstanding; customer service and product knowledge was second to none. Without reservation I would recommend Lucas Furniture.

We visited Lucas Furniture in Aylesbury today and it was a really good shopping experience. Firstly, it’s huge with an enormous choice of furniture, something to suit everyone I’d say. They were not at all pushy, left us to wander around, sit on almost every sofa in the shop and take our time. We even had a half time break and got a coffee in the cafe on site. Eventually, we had help from Soraya who gave some very good advice and she was incredibly patient while we took an age to decide on fabrics. We left the store feeling very happy with ourselves!

There was a good selection of beds/mattresses. The staff offered their help but were not pushy in their sales pitch. The staff member, Marie, was so helpful when we asked for information. She provided us with expert advice & gave us a quote to work with.

Twice we visited Lucas's deciding on choosing the right bed and mattress. There was a fantastic choice of beds and the saleswoman Marie Raeburn was so helpful in us making and reaching our decision.

We went to Lucas Furniture on Thursday 2nd July 2026, not really knowing what we were looking for in a suite. We were interested in G Plan Adam Evans showed us to the G Plan furniture and then left us to have a good look and make a decision on what we would like. He was very knowledgeable about our purchase he was able to answer all of our questions and supply us with everything that we needed to know and help us.
