I contacted customer service to see if they could help identify the quadrant shower that was fitted in my bathroom and which replacement parts I needed to order to get it working again.
I spoke with Lindsey who was brilliant and went the extra mile to help. I am now waiting for the parts to arrive so I can get my plumber to fit them. Thankyou for such fantastic customer service and a massive thankyou to Lindsey who is a genuine star!

Gemma Burns was extremely efficient and very friendly. I was very stressed as our shower had been out of commission for nearly a week. She did everything she could to help and arranged for the item we needed to be delivered as soon as possible. I cannot commend her highly enough.

Great service from Kudos, I had an issue with the delivery of a spare part, my fault, I ordered the wrong one. Emily in customer services was excellent, resolved it straight away, very professional and efficient.

Placed an order last week which was shipped very promptly. There was clearly an error with the courier and I notified the Kudos sales team. They replied in under an hour acknowledging the issue and confirming they were reshipping a new order. Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better response.

Do Kudos use good quality materials and accessories? As an experienced plumber and builder the answer is a clear no ! We fitted a shower recently and the supplied wall anchors and screws were utter rubbish. The screws and anchors that whilst marketed by Kudos had nil quality control approvals and are certainly not fit for purchase. The plastic anchors buckle immediately on insertion and the screws failed immediately. The job was delayed 3 hours whilst the kudos ones were extracted and alternatives found.

Emailed via their website to ask for advice on spare parts. Reply less than 24 hrs later, with link to spares needed and a helpful message re warranty options. Our shower unit is 12 yrs old, so not in warranty! Altogether a helpful experience. Thank you.

We purchased our new Kudos shower screen via an agent, only to find a small screw cover missing. Contacted both the agent and Kudos and bingo, we had the spare part posted immediately and finished the job. An excellent product and 1st class service from both the agent and the manufacturer. Highly recommended, I suppose it was because they are Northern, and know how to treat customers well.

We've had a kudos shower screen for about twelve years and have been very happy. Well worth the expense. I would not hesitate buying another of their products.

I contacted them for some spare parts. Screw caps for the towel rail to be precise, as one have given up. It probably had something to do with me taking down the screen to replace the silicone around the bath a couple of weeks previously.
Don't use the towel rail to lift the screen!
They were very helpful at Kudos and said they would pop a couple of screw caps in the post.

What can i say that all the 5 star reviews haven't said, its fantastic to find a company that still has a service to its costumers! there product is very good and they back it up with a fantastic product support service! any parts like seals always available and sent out promptly and my last experience shose total support for its customer second to none. i wont go into details but the support was unbelievably GOOD! If only car company's were 1/4 ( 1/8 even) this good then we would all be very happy , ( but then i doubt we would be buying new cars ) I cannot recommend Kudos highly enough

I had a Kudos shower screen installed several years ago. Due to a bathroom refit, I have ordered some new parts to refit the shower. Over the years, I've ordered the odd spare due to wear and tare. Kudos always provide a great and prompt service. It's great to also still be able to get parts easily. One of the new parts was bent in transit so returned. I called Kudos and they arranged for a replacement immediately via their office to ensure it is undamaged. They have kept me up to date. This is especially important as the fitter needs to be kept informed.

The shower screen is of excellent quality and still looks like new several years later. It has never leaked! Their service is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is well worth the initial outlay.

I have had my shower bath screen for few years now and needed a replacement part. It was easy to get one from their own side and customer service provided all manuals and assistance with replacement

One of the rollers on the moveable door of our 20+ year old Kudos shower finally failed. Looked on the comprehensive website for spares but wasn't sure which model we had. Called and spoke to Anne and ordered a spares pack of rollers. Emailed with follow up question and had reply by return from Anne. Rollers arrived next day and I also received email with fitting instructions. All now working well. Service was amazingly good, and it's also very impressive in today's world that the manufacturer carries spares for their equipment after such a time. Highly recommend Kudos.

I contacted Kudos expecting to buy a spare part for my shower screen. I sent previous proof of purchase and although I’d bought the screen in July 2021 it wasn’t actually fitted until the November, so technically I’d missed the 2 year warranty period. Lindsey was very helpful and said she would honour the warranty as a goodwill gesture due to me having had the screen fitted later. This was a pleasant surprise. Communication was excellent and it was all sorted the same day. What great customer service !.

I just wanted to thank Kudos for an easy to navigate web site and for a quick delivery of replacement parts for our shower enclosure (at least 25 years old) the Runners and seals were easy to fit and have rejuvenated our shower.

Great customer service! Quick at responding, efficient and helpful. Lindsey responded to my email the same day and helped me identify a part I needed and it was sent out the following day! If only all companies were this good!

The engineer was polite and professional. The product was first class. We could not have asked for better service. We highly recommend them .

Emily couldn’t have been more helpful. I asked if Kudos sold the small square screw caps as I had damaged one and I received an email within a short time telling me that they would send some free of charge.

You can’t really get better after care service than that.

Original shower enclosure installed 2006. First time I’ve needed to order spare parts - door rollers and new seal kit which all arrived next day.
Also requested fitting instructions which were emailed back immediately.
Very happy 😀
