I have had the same Kudos shower for some 25 years now and it's as smart and fashionable it always was. However over time the bifold door wheels had worn and broken with use. I asked Kudos for advice and was told the wheel sets were available as spares. There isn't a Kudos fitter near me. So I asked several questions of the service dept for advice on how to refit the wheels and and they answered both times, sending helpful links to the spares dept and to instruction manuals for the model of shower I had. (Thank you Lindsey).

The parts were bought and despatched, arriving the following day.

That same day I got an unsolicited phone call from Tony - who is an engineer/fitter with Kudos who was kind enough - and expert enough to talk me exactly through the process I needed to follow to remove/fix/refit the bifold door, and how to undo the wheel fittings first. This was a very welcome call and I'd like to thank Tony - and Kudos for their excellent customer care. He had happily given me his number to contact him if I'd hit into difficulties whilst doing the job - service above and beyond what is usual these days - and at no charge, other than the £25 for the new parts. It meant the job took me considerably less time, considerably fewer expletives and no self-injury. I might have had to get a plumber in - who would not necessarily have the expertise and at a much greater cost, or I would have had to consider getting a new door somehow. So Kudos have helped me to maintain this shower door and cubicle for another few years - justifying the expense of their quality product in the first place.

We bought a Kudos Ultimate over bath shower screen and deflector panel from a third party supplier. The quality was the best we had seen when looking round the showrooms, and we were super happy with them when they were fitted.
Unfortunately, owing to an error on the part of the fitters (which they owned up to, totally their fault), the screens fell out and the deflector smashed shortly after they were installed.
Having been so happy with the quality we ordered a new deflector, but needed new a new seal set for the surviving panel to be refitted.
The communication and service levels when dealing direct with Kudos were second to none, notably a step above any customer service experience I've had in recent years. I was lucky enough to deal directly with a Quality manager called Lucy, who was quick, efficient and polite in communication, and was good enough to send a replacement set of seals to refit the panel for free.
Kudos have sailed above and beyond my expectations, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I am so grateful to Lindsey for sending me a replacement slot cover cap, free of charge. Lindsey identified the part and sent it out to me within 2 days. I can see why there are so many positive reviews.

Approximately 2 years ago we installed Kudos "Original 6" shower doors enclosure . It is excellent
We had a recent damaged sliding door bottom seal. We contacted customer services and spoke with Anne.
Following our conformation of purchase Anne kindly arranged a replacement seal as well as giving us advice on how to easily change it ourselves.
We received the replacement seal the next day and we changed it as instructed.
All went well.
Its good to experience valuable customer support like this.

A magnetic shower waste cover had mistakenly been thrown out when clearing the site. The part wasn't a standard Kudos replacement part. I spoke with Anne who was extremely helpful and she arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The cost was very reasonable and It arrived promptly, and was well packaged. Anne went above and beyond, and really did get me out of a deep hole. Thank You!

Needed a new shower door seal for a house I've moved into. The online ordering was fast and efficient, was easy to find the spares section and was impressed they still had spares for an older shower enclosure. The item was posted in a hard cardboard tube to protected it and it arrived next day. After I received the item, I emailed them for instructions on re-sealing the shower cubicle as well and they emailed back in 20 minutes with the installation instructions AND the seal fitting instructions. I asked another question and it was answered within the hour an gave me all the information I required. This was possibly the best customer support with a company I've ever had! Thank You.

One of the door seals on our new Kudos shower enclosure unfortunately split; Kudos customer service sorted it quickly and without fuss, new seals arrived by FedEx in just a few days. Very happy!

As a company I have been let down by there terrible after service team who have been extremely poor at getting back to me with any information for the problem I contacted them about. I have been very patient waiting, but unfortunately there hasn’t any feedback to the problem.

I have dealt with Lindsey, Customer Service Advisor in regards to the Kudos anti slip shower tray. It was purchased in the local UK store in 2024 but one of the protective caps were missing. Lindsey organised the missing item to be sent by post and I got it literally the next day for the tradesman to install it. Kudos shower trays have a life time guarantee, I did not know that before I contacted them!
This is our 2nd year of using it with absolutely no complains but praise - the colour of tray did not change or darkened, it is easy to clean and the non-slip feature is simply fantastic for safety.

I called customer services in the Holme branch and spoke to Lindsey regarding purchasing some replacement seals for a discontinued shower unit.
Lindsey was so knowledgeable and helpful, quickly guiding me to the correct items via a link.

I have had my shower enclosure for 25 years, this in itself is testament to the quality of their products. Over these years I have needed spares on very few occasions. I have always found the company providing first class service and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a product. By the way my enclosure still looks like new and my plumber is also very impressed by the company.

I have always used Kudos Showers and there are not many British Companies, who pride themselves in the products and their service they provide....
If only we had more UK manufacturing Companies like this......

Customer services exceptionally helpful, detailed explanations of the product etc. Product itself (shower screen and deflector) excellent quality, and look amazing. We did need to ask for a further part (our shower area was an odd size etc) and Michael in customer services was brilliant, with item dispatched immediately and arrived within a couple of days. Would thoroughly recommend this company and the product.

I have had a Kudos shower enclosure for over ten years and have always been very happy with it's design, looks and quality.
On the odd occasion that I need to carry out any maintenance on it the spares are always readily available from Kudos.
I recently needed to replace the seals and a sliding door roller assembly. I rang Kudos and a lady by the name of Anne Kelly talked me through how to order the spares on line. She also offered to send me instructions on how to rectify a small problem on the door.
