All my emails in regards to questions to ensure I was ordering the correct goods were answered the same day, often within minutes, outstanding.
Delivery of goods was fast and arrived on dates given in perfect condition.
When 3 tubes of wall panel adhesive arrived damaged, Brad responded to my email advising me that replacements were on their way and would arrive the next day, and they did, within 24 hrs.
Haven’t had this type of service in a very long time.
Highly recommend, no doubt about it.

Fantastic customer service!
I'm so glad I came across the Bathroom Supplies Online website. They were one of the few companies that stocked the Tavistock vanity unit I wanted and their prices were very reasonable. But, hands down, the thing that sets Bathroom Supplies Online ahead of the rest is their customer service! Brad was extremely fast at responding to my emails. I also spoke to Kris on the phone who was very friendly and promptly forwarded me a link to track my delivery.
When I contacted the team about a manufacturing fault with the basin, Brad organised a replacement extremely quickly, which was delivered the next day! Absolutely fantastic service!
I would 100% recommend Bathroom Supplies Online and completely get why they are rated so highly.

Order is 100 days late!
We ordered the The Perrin & Rowe Langbourn Mini Instant Hot Water Tap on the 19th November 2025 paid for in full upfront. As of 31st March 2026 we have still not received our order nor can we get a firm delivery date.

absolute shocking company to deal with, not a single person I dealt with was bothered about the fact the bath wasn't delivered on the day it was meant to, was told it would then be 2 days later only to be told on that day the consignment had gone missing so would need to send out another one. CANCELLED ORDER!!!

Unfortunately, the courier lost your order after dispatch, which resulted in delays outside of our usual delivery timeframe. It took some time to fully investigate the issue, and I apologise that clearer information wasn’t available sooner.
We arranged a replacement on an express next day service; however, as this was no longer convenient for you, the order was cancelled and a full refund issued.
