Very helpful at the Staverton Branch yesterday when I was trying to make my up on which helmet to have. Ending getting a Scorpion R1 air carbon.

Parked outside the preston store waiting for shop to open. Imagine my horror when almost a month later i receive a £100 parking fine from a company called es enforcement. Rang to explain es not interested and neither was the shop manager and told me they dont know why i had received a fine. Es enforement actually laughed and said oh they know we have issued 100s of fines for then. Beware!!!

Unable to purchase anything online or contact anyone via their website. None of the forms on the site worked. Disappointed as was going to purchase a pair of boots

Great place Good stuff but no staff have any idea about how a VAT Refund documentation works for non UK Residents or Citizens, As a Tourist you are supposed to get tax exempted no one has any documentation, forms stamps etc. Its really frustrating to pay Tax amount to a country which you don't live in.

Bought a alpinestar chrome sport hoody in size M along with a few other bits online. Hoody was slightly small so took it back to a store in Braintree.
Not only did they exchange it but the customer service was outstanding. The hoody itself is fantastic built to quality. These do come up slightly smaller so order a size up. Look forward to shopping with you again. Thank you

Purchased a tracker which wasn’t working on arrival. Contacted J&S who weren’t interested in helping sort the issue out. Poor customer service. Be carful buying from this company because if there is a problem then you will be on your own.

I popped into the Birmingham store early today and a young lady helped with with an unusual situation. I am a chronic claustrophobe and trying a helmet on is a daunting experience. She was able to point me to a flip up with a wide opening that made things bearable. Very understanding of her to listen to my issue and I regret not getting her name to thank her here. Well done young lady.

I've always been well looked after staff have been great. Reasonable prices happy with every visit, I've been going for many many years.

Popped into the Finedon branch for a mooch about. Came out with a tank bag, and some boots among other things. Henry on the till was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy and had what I wanted. He’s a real credit to the J&S Team.
I had to return the tank bag a bit later and the knowledgeable team helped me find an alternative that met my needs.
Everyone was helpful, friendly and easy to chat to. No complaints from me at all.

Called at the manchester branch for a tank pad,not only did I find one they fitted it aswell.
Charlie who works there was amazing,she knows her stuff had it on in no time.
Then we talked bikes for a good half hour,so pleasant and friendly

Ordered a roll bag to arrive next day.
Had the dispatched item email sent to me. So thinking alls great. However the next day came and went. So this morning thought I’d check the tracking number through the DPD Website. It kept sayIng “ No results found for your search criteria”
So I called them to find out why this may be. Apparently it had missed the first scan and not been sent.
This is really poor considering all the tech that’s at the company’s disposal and from a customer standpoint poor.
If I had not of called, then J&S would not have alerted me to the issue.
I required the bag for my trip to Europe now I have to go out of my way and find a suitable alternative which will cause me stress that I don’t need on the eve of my holiday.
The guy on the end of the phone who I dealt with was apologetic, and has refunded the monies.
But overall this is a poor result for next day delivery.

Ordered a pair of boots (RST paragon 2) that have just arrived. They have significant damage on them and even pen marks to highlight the damage (I wish I could include a photo) like they were a factory return yet they've shipped them as a new product.
I've bought stuff from the store and it's been fine but will never order online with them again. I'm now going to have to go to the hassle of returning them - (they do not provide a return label).

Visited J&S Doncaster today to get my 13 year old son sorted out for pillion clothing.
Got to say J&S we’re brilliant very friendly and helpful , sorted us out with the full kit in no time and went out their way to find us the best deals what were on offer.
Cannot recommend them enough and the choice of clothing is second to non.

I went to the store in Southampton to purchase
an Arai rx7 in black.
The young chap was not happy about me trying few Arai that I saw on display as I wanted to compare the fit.
I made my mind up but as I asked to try the one I liked his attitude was wrong and unprofessional.
I then decided not to make my purchase there any more and I am glad I did not.
I went to infinity motorcycle in Southampton the chap was very helpful there and I ended up buying a more expensive Arai helmet and I am very satisfy with it.

Purchased complete motorcycle kit: jacket, trousers, helmet,intercom, boots etc.
Outstanding service from Martin Blackaby who recommended the kit and Rob at Leeds who provided installation IT support.
Highly recommended.
