Along with the other reviewers who reported them to action fraud, yes they are scammers who pretend wrong deliveries took place and now their websites disappeared -- they use their tricks during black Friday.

Reported this to my bank and will be contacting action fraud as well.

They also operate under name of haappliances to try and cover themselves, which i have posted original until i realised it is the same scammers at work

Same as all the other reviews iv read on here. Ordered a ps5 for my son for Christmas. After u had done it felt like it was to good to be true then came across the reviews on here. I immediately tried to contact them no such luck. I contacted my bank and after a couple of weeks was lucky enough to get my money back but still got the email saying it had been delivered to wrong address and that they would send a replacement and and gift for the inconvenience. No ps5 or gift has arrived. I got a letter back of my bank about the investigation they said I received my ps5 and gave the date and time i apparently got it even though they had emailed me 5days after this date to say it had been delivered to the wrong address. I can only imagine the amount of people who have been left out of pocket because of this company. All the reviews are the same it’s crazy that they are still trading.

OBJECT TO A LIMITED COMPANY BEING STRUCK OFF!

They filed an application to the Companies House for their company be struck off.
I presume when this will have happened - noone is to be chased and your money is all gone, as well as all your proceedings against them will be dropped as no company there anymore.

If you have been a victim of this SCAM - give it a few minutes and file an OBJECTION to the Companies House with your reason. Google how to do it - it is really simple and comes down to an email and reasoning.

A total scam! They don't actually have the products they advertise. They apparently have toasters to give you as compensation for failing to deliver. Don't accept the toaster or any sort of partial refund or equivalent value of toaster etc. that they may offer. it's a way of getting them off the hook when it comes to a complete refund. Avoid!!!
They look cheap and convincing, but appear to be based abroad and just waiting for people to throw their hard earned money at them.

Same as all the others. I was expecting delivery today, checked online and ha appliances has disappeared. Thankfully I've not been charged for the item.

Had to wait to see if goods would be delivered before I could raise a dispute still waiting to hear from bank. Like everyone else the dreaded email to say delivered elsewhere …

He has made an application to strike the company off the register. Just filed my objection with companies house. Let's not let him give away with this! It's simple, search on google 'object to a limited company being struck off.'

I ordered a tumble drier on Black Friday. It was delivered to the wrong address. I was offered discount or a toaster and redelivery. Hasn’t happened and now my emails are being returned. Money down the drain.

Same story as so many others, ordered a washing machine and fridge freezer and told it was sent to the wrong address, called them and spoke to a guy that gave crap excuses, asked for a refund and said he would transfer me, they cut me off and blocked my No, went through the refund process and kept getting emails asking for further details, ended up finally getting an agreement, but never got the money back had to go through the credit card company, after looking into them turns out they have changed their name before for the same reason and their website shows warehouse premises which is also fake, the director just works from home, piece of s**t, hope he finally gets put away scamming scum

My story is the same - ordered a PS5 for £377 too good to be true! Delivered to the wrong address, offered a toaster and £49.99 plus a re-delivery. I declined, requesting a refund- nothing! And now all emails are rejected.
Bank is involved now but sadly not the kind of thing you want to happen at this time of the year!

SCAM! Do not order!! I ordered a dyson hairdryer! Got a confirmation and a delivery date but now I cannot get in contact with the company.

Bought a dishwasher on the 1st of December said it would arrive on Thursday the 8th at 5pm never arrived website address could not be found contacted my credit card said no money had been taken from my account so might have dodged a bullet this time

Hi Another mug to add to the list .....bought a tv on Nov. 23 for £420 for a family of 6 refugees coming to live with me. Got an email the same as everybody else saying delivered to wrong address and offered me a free toaster as compensation and a new delivery address of 8th Dec . Didn't arrive so googled them for their contact details and found this website . Feel stupid now . I hope carma vists them one day . A sad world we live in .

Ordered a tv, waited in for delivery. Never arrived. I sent an email stating it never arrived. Had an email back stating it had gone to the wrong address. They gave me the address and it was 152 miles from my home address. They offered me another delivery date in a week's time along with a toaster valued at £44.99. Declined the offer and filled in a refund form. I keep trying to ask if my refund is being processed and they are bouncing back my emails as undeliverable. Scammers - so glad I bought it with the credit card.

Scam company, weirdly no item received and no money taken. Their website has disappeared too.

A scam company. I bought a computer then on getting no reply from their automated assistant a few minutes later got suspicious and cancelled my order. Today I received notice that an email to them was undeliverable. My bank refunded me only to then tell me they will take the funds back if they do not get a refund from the company. Avoid at all costs.
