H and A Appliances. Please do not throw your money away by ordering. Scam, fraud I have no words strong enough. They make their website look so convincing, it's easy to be fooled. They will take your payment, tell you its been delivered to wrong address and offer you a toaster as compensation if you can wait another 7 days for delivery. Needless to say they stopped replying when my husband asked for a refund. There was no TV to start with. How a business like this can be allowed to trade and scam innocent people out of money is beyond me. Avoid please. You will see their website made up 'reviews' date back just a few months.

Ordered iPad on this site and same as others told item delivered else where in the country. Told a new date and nothing arrived. They not responded to telephone calls or emails.. just looked up company house they have made a request to be removed and company dissolved.. They made application in October and dissolved on 1st December .. now I have to go through credit card company to get my money back.. I wonder how many more people have been scammed and how much money scammed out of people ..

I ordered a ps5 from these scammers delivery was due on the 7th of December nothing arrived I have raised a section 75 with my credit card company just hoping these ppl get caught and this stupid government actually make it where a company has to prove who they are through companies house this is the most stupid thing I've learnt from it is this government have given scammers a license to trade undetected am glad I have used my credit card as there is more protection by doing so stay well clear the most annoying thing is the payment went to a company called ha.online when I looked them up they stopped trading three years ago but trading under h&a appliances so my question to the government would be how a company that was dissolved three years ago still have a bank but no one can trace the scammers oh and I've just looked up the company appliances connection and the site looks the same but with a different logo so this is there new way to scam ppl tell your bank's and trading standards. Just an update my bank got my money back let's hope this fraud gets what he deserves money is traceable so let's hope all banks get him and he goes to jail

Ordered TV on 28/11 told delivery was today 7/12. Called to ask where is it, website not there now.. wish I'd read these reviews before parting with my money... How can anyone be so horrible knowing how people are struggling at this time... Vile, vile b**tards.... 🤬🤬

I like many made a Black friday deal purchase. It was supposed to arrive today and as I attempted to check the website for updates I was redirected or the site simply didn't load.
Thankfully I raise the scam with my bank and they immediately refunded the money within minutes. I think its now realised by the banks that this site is a scam. Avoid and always check site reviews.

Same as you all, purchased a freezer day before Black Friday, cheapest for the model I wanted. Delivered to wrong address, toaster offered in compensation and redirected to be delivered today. Found this fraud/scam today and been onto the bank etc etc

I notice, however, that this trustpilot page has managed to rename itself 'appliances connection' and the website 'haappliances.com' actually points to 'appliancesconnection.com' which is a completely different company.

Like almost everyone else. I got scammed out of £400 for a cooker that never arrived. I'm a single. Disabled mom and this has broken me. I've had to use all the spare money I had to purchase another cooker in time for Christmas. Bank won't do anything for 15 days even though I have given them proof it's a scam company!!

We also got scam buying a tumble dryer for £428.39p, delivery has gone to wrong address etc, today i realised the company applied for a strike of

Ordered a TV on 22.11.22 for what was a Black Friday deal. Paid with my credit card and a confirmation email was received with also a text from my card provider. The card provider confirmed that an OVERSEAS TRANSACTION in SPAIN was made to HAONLINE.COM. I was alarmed and contacted my card provider immediately. They advised they will return my funds through the Mastercard charge back process after the proposed delivery date of 30.11.22 lapses. The delivery date came and went with no TV and just an email advising that an attempt to deliver was made to the wrong address over 4 HOURS away. They also offered to provide me a Kenwood Cooking Pot for £44.99 and to redeliver on 05.12.22. I ignored this and contacted the card provider and they advised they will confirm the chargeback to my account after the second delivery date. True to their word i have received my funds back in my account as of today. This company is a FRAUD and SCAM. Nothing on their website works and there is no phone line that works. They do not respond to emails. PLEASE EVERYONE KEEP WELL AWAY !!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!! Feel like a fool for not checking, having said that the cooker that we tried to purchase wasn't an unrealistic price, so had no concerns it would be a scam. Followed my banks advice to contact them apparently the same as many it's gone to the wrong address, I can have a free toaster (what the hell) from what I've seen this morning the website is also no longer active or it won't load for some reason. Now I've gone back to my bank who say I'll have a decision by April 12th 23 as they have to allow upto 18 weeks for it to be sorted. Absolute joke and right before Christmas, and there's nothing more I can do about it. How they're protected more than us I'll never know!!
