Misleading
Unfortunately, I do not find that it helps my neck pain and find it very difficult to sleep on. I am a side sleeper and turn often in the night. I find the pillow extremely uncomfortable and it disturbs my sleep even more by waking me up in the night as I turn. I am finding myself looking for the correct ’nook’ where I need to place my shoulder and head - this is not something which comes naturally given the side sleeping ’nooks’ are placed right at the far ends of the pillow, whilst I am used to just turning my head wherever it is placed on a standard pillow. I am waking up with an even stiffer neck than what I went to bed with.
I was really hoping this pillow would resolve my issue and allow me to sleep through the night, however, it seems to be causing more stress and discomfort.
Please also be aware, the website doesn't tell you - that if you need to return the pillow, you will have to pay postage yourself. This can be rather costly when you have to pay for postage to receive the product and then to return it!

Best pillow on the market.
If you find you’re not sleeping well or wake with heads or sift neck I highly recommend Groove Pillow and pillow cases. I found ordinary pillows failed to support me and having hot flushes at night I ruined lots of pillows, cheap and very expensive ones.
I’ve had my Groove pillow for about six months now and it’s still as good as new. No more waking to turn over the flat pillow. No headaches, stiff neck on waking. I take my groove pillow when sleeping away from home.
Give it a go, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Groove pillows do not trust the hype on these
Groove pillows-do not trust all the hype on these. The people are nice but the product claims are not accurate. They are not suitable for a wide range of people as advertised. The pillow maybe ok for someone with a large frame but otherwise it’s too high and puts you in incorrect spinal alignment, it actually caused me a lot of neck pain as the tops of my shoulders were not on the mattress and my neck was in an unnatural position. Despite this the company charged for delivery and to return.

Amazing!
I purchased this pillow as I was really struggling with neck and upper back pain. The original brand pillow I looked at were around the £100 mark and I just couldn’t justify spending that amount of money with no guarantee it would help. I found the Groove pillow by reading ‘The Independent’ article on neck pain where a pillow test was carried out. This one got the best results so thought I’d give it a go.
I actually purchased two pillows as it was a great deal with free delivery. They were delivered within 3 days with great communication via email.
The pillow was put to instant use and I can honestly say I noticed a huge difference instantly. My neck pain, back pain, headache, trapped nerves all gone literally overnight! I couldn’t believe it. My daughter also suffers with back pain (mainly due to being tall with weak core muscles) so I gave her the other pillow, again she noticed an instant difference. She even told her sports masseuse who was very impressed and has gone and bought some too.
If you are thinking about it, buy them, you won’t be disappointed I promise! I even took mine on holiday with me as I didn’t want to jeopardise the improvement!

These pillows really work
These pillows really work! They take awhile to adjust to, but I'm really glad I persevered. My neck pain is so much better and some days I'm pain free.
They are great for side sleepers or if you prefer to sleep on your back that's fine as well.
Excellent customer service and great communication throughout the shipping process. You can use your own pillow cases, but they do come up slightly large. I've just ordered a pillowcase from Groove as they're designed to fit the pillows shape. Would highly recommend.

This pillow is amazing - severe neck pain & arm tingling have been resolved within 2 days, painkillers no longer required
I tested this out by returning to my standard pillows for one night - the pain returned
Have been using it for 3 weeks now and can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, I would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent value pillow enabling neck and spine alignment during rest and sleep. Works for me as a back and side sleeper . Very comfortable and prevents me getting and waking with bilateral numb arms .
