I’ve tried a few pillows to help with my neck pain and this has been the best pillow I’ve used.

I've spent so much money on different pillows over the years trying to get rid of my sore neck and back. The only one that has worked is this one! I admit, I was sceptical at first but, after a couple of days of use, I realised my pain had gone. I am still getting used to the feel of it. I toss and turn a lot in bed so, when I flip onto my side in my sleep, I can sometimes wake with my head in the middle rather than on the sides where it's supposed to be. But that's ok, it doesn't cause any issues, I will get used to it. A fabulous pillow at a good price. I can't recommend it enough if you struggle with a sore neck / upper back & shoulders.

I’m really enjoying Groove pillows.
No more neck ache and I am finally sleeping really well.
I’m mainly a side sleeper, but sometimes I do sleep on my back.. that is when I do find this pillow just a tiny bit too high for me.
At first it felt a bit weird sleeping with this pillow, as I wasn’t used to it, although my sleep was actually very deep anyway, but after 3 nights felt very natural.
Like everything in life, the body and the nervous system needs to adapt.
I am a soft tissue therapist and a lot of clients ask me about sleep and what would be a good pillow and I do advise Groove pillows and on top of it is not too expensive at all!
Still giving a 5 star as I am sleeping super well.

Getting in the Groove
One of my best purchases. I love my new pillow! It’s really changed my sleep and more importantly supporting my neck and back and am waking with no pain. After being diagnosed with cervical spine/neck issues I was desperate to find something to improve my sleeping position and help with the awful pain I have experienced . It does feel very different to my previous pillows and took a few nights to adjust but I wish I had known about Groove sooner as it is making a big difference. I would highly recommend.

From the time I ordered I was excited and it did not take long for that excitement to put me to sleep. I am a doom scroller and pillow hugger so my posture in bed was taking its toll on me. This pillow was a game changer. Not only did I fall asleep much faster, and stay asleep, I also woke up in almost the same position. I am 13 days in and I can tell sitting at a desk all day that this pillow is making a difference.
I am going to order another for the guest room and see how the family visitors like it.

When I ordered my neck pillow I was in severe pain which pain-killers and gels didn’t touch. Within three nights of using the pillow I was noticing some improvement which continued night after night and I am now pain free. It is an excellent product which does what it sets out to do, and it is great to use permanently rather than a conventional pillow.

My sleep has been chaotic for years due to multiple surgeries and never really being able to get a full nights sleep.

I took a leap on this pillow to see if I can at least get some comfort on my upper body. And I will say there are absolutely nights where I have gotten a full nights sleep.

As a bigger guy, it's a harder adjustment only utilizing one pillow, so that's something I need to get used to so it's not consistent but I will say it is far better for my neck and back.

I'm excited to see how things change and as my body gets used to the change, actually getting some decent sleep.

I am always a bit sceptical buying off a FB advert but I read the reviews and thought I'd give the groove pillow a try. Firstly I was super impressed with the speedy delivery, they arrived within 48 hours and then oh my gosh what a difference they have made to my neck and shoulder pain. I would wake up stiff, and achey in the shoulder I predominantly lie on however even after the first night I woke up without any pain or stiffness! It's been two weeks now and I am still pain free! Very very happy customer

Amazing product help neck problems and good nights sleep too

I'm always cautious about companies that I find off Facebook, although I do I always search trustpilot to check before ordering. On this occasion, thank you FB! This pillow (I bought the adjustable one) is just amazing! I had a tempur pillow for about 8 years which I loved and replaced it a couple of years back. The new tempur instantly didn't feel as good and over those two years it just got worse. Every night tossing and turning trying to get comfy and waking up with a stiff neck. I tried my other half's Simba pillow too, that was just as bad for me so I started researching pillows. So ofc FB dropped a million ads for me. Groove sounded like the best option for me and I wasn't wrong. First night, no tossing and turning, within two nights neck pain gone. I honestly couldn't believe how good it was. Three weeks in, still comfortable as ever. Highly recommend anyone to try. Groove, please bring out a travel version, as dreading my trip to a hotel for work next week. 😂

Neck pain gone
I have been adviced by my friend to buy this pillow to resolve my neck pain problem. It did its job. The first 3 days I had discomfort at my shoulders, I had to get used to one flat pillow instead of a pile of pillows! After I never woke up with neck pain again.

So far, so good. One night in and my neck feels way better but I did have a restless night as I’m not used to sleeping on a firm pillow. I’ll give it 5/5 as it did what it claimed. Obviously after a month it could change, but I’m optimistic and pleasantly surprised.

These are truly great pillows. I had 7hrs sleep can't remember the last time I got more than 4hrs. It may not suit all depends on your sleep style but it will help most.

Excellent pillows and fast delivery. These pillows are a game-changer for me. I sleep so much better and less neck pain when I wake up. Takes a bit of getting used to but after a couple of days I would never go back.

I don't know if my review had any bearing, but the next day, Groove Pillows' Customer Service reached out to me and made an offer that worked for me.

Scam - money back guarantee total rubbish. Went into administration according to email response, and now still selling? No trial period refund. Pillows pretty awful. Don’t fall for their slick site.

Love my new higher Groove Pillow as the original was great but too flat for perfect comfort.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I didn't realise the first time I bought feom them as there wasn't a problem. This time the pillow seems different I woke up not being able to move my neck. They have a 100 day no quibble return policy. Don't you believe it. Sent countless emails. The last email I was asked to photograph the pillow. Erm . No just give me return instructions. They haven't replied again . Save your money there are better alternatives
It's now July still no reply buyer beware. It's Sept 17th. Now there's a reply. How is sending a photo of a pillow going to resolve anything . 6 months after the issue . I no longer have the pillow. Why on earth would I still be using it 🤔
