I ordered the pillow on Friday…
I ordered the pillow on Friday (4/12/24) and immediately I tried calling (they never answer) so I immediately emailed them to cancel it. They sent a generic email saying they would bet back with me withi 2 hours. I emailed them again "I WANT TO CANCEL" and finally got a response on Sunday at 4:11 pm saying theywould send a message to the delivery people to try to stop it; but could not guarantee it would be stopped; then, around 3:45 Monday (today) they emailed me that it shipped! Now I have to battle them to get my refund. I would never do business with them if I were you.

Please note that we do not offer phone support, so unfortunately, there is no phone number available for calls. Our customer service is exclusively handled via email.
Regarding your cancellation request, our shipping partner does not operate on weekends, and orders are not dispatched during that time. We received confirmation from them on Monday morning that your order had already been shipped on Friday, which was before we received your cancellation request. Consequently, it was too late to halt the shipment.
We understand that this situation is frustrating, and we are here to assist you. Once the order arrives, you can refuse the delivery or return it upon receipt for a full refund as part of our 100-day return policy.

Bought two of these pillows - AVOID at all costs!
Bought two of these pillows, thinking I could use one and keep a ‘spare’ as I suffer from arthritis and thought they would help me. What a total waste of money! To add injury to insult, I ended up at A and E on Saturday morning with a seriously sprained neck which has trapped a nerve. I’m now struggling on pain killers and waiting for a physiotherapy appointment. I have had so much pain in my neck that it is taking me thirty minutes to manage to get out of bed. I literally struggle to lift my head.The pain in my neck has been just terrible. I have pins and needles and numbness all down my left arm. These pillows are too hard. There is no ‘give’ in them at all. Avoid these at all costs! If I could give no stars then I really would. I’ve gone from occasionally waking with a stiff neck to being in real agony which has now lasted for several days.

Quality product and great service
Nearly didn't buy this pillow because of the reviews about the company, but I'm glad I did.
I didn't have any issues, was informed that the order was received, processed and shipped all within a day, It was delivered 2 days later as it was on tracked 48 hour delivery.
As for the pillow, I have been suffering from neck pain in the last few months and there is a noticeable difference even in the 2 days I have been using the pillow.
All in all a great experience.

No returns or refunds - avoid this scam firm
I bought two pillows from them last summer on the basis that I could return them within 100 days if they didn't suit me. They actually made my sleep much *more* uncomfortable. So I asked for a refund within the 100 days. I returned the two pillows *at my own cost*. They promised the refund, nothing happened. They have now ceased trading, but still have a working website taking orders and posting reviews from customers. I'm now chasing a refund through my credit card. Bunch of scam artists, avoid.

They have gone into Administration! Avoid
Requested a refund under the returns guarantee and received an email saying due to circumstances beyond their control have had to cease trading but would be doing so at the beginning of the year and honouring refunds which of course they won’t as they have gone bust !

Not answering my return emails
Not answering my emails asking for details on how to return the pillows. Ironically, this is in huge contrast to how many emails I had around the time of purchase. Tried the pillows for a month, but they made my sleep worse because would wake up and have to think about where to put my head. Have now sent about 7 emails with no response! So much for the claims about a 3 month return period - mine will soon be running out!! :(

No refund and now ignoring emails
I found the pillow to be very uncomfortable, and after persevering for a couple of months I requested a refund following their terms and conditions. I received an email saying 'Yep no problem' on 6th December 2023, but despite me emailing several times since I am receiving no replies and no refund. I have now seen several other reviews saying the same thing. Beware of buying from this company.

Pillow unsuitable, returns policy is a scam.
Pillow totally unsuitable. Made things worse.
To add insult to injury there is no address to send back the pillow, they don't respond to emails and the telephone line does not work.
So much for a returns policy. And now I find they have gone into liquidation and set up a new company which it seems does not want to know about returns.
My advice is to avoid this company and its pillows like the plague.

Terrible customer service and no refund.
I have requested to return my pillow under the agreed returns policy, and have been waiting almost a week without a reply!
I initially emailed and followed the advice given, however, the pillow isn't suitable. This is unsatisfactory customer service, and I would appreciate a response regarding the best way to return my pillow and receive a full refund.
I'm posting on here in the hope it will alert this company to respond!

Groove Neck Pillow.
I purchased the groove pillow as I was experiencing neck pain, and had been for a long time. I wasn’t sure if the pillow would help but because I could return it within 30 days if it didn’t help, I thought I would try it.
I am delighted to say that my neck has improved, it is so much better in the short time I have been using this pillow.

Relief at last!
I had been suffering neck and upper back pain and stiffness for months. I decided to give the Original Groove Pillow a go. It is now about 2 weeks since I started using it and amazingly my pain has almost completely gone, just like Groove promised!
