I've struggled with pillows for a very long time...It's so hard to find the right one for your own personal comfort. The Groove pillow feels great on my neck & works for side sleeping as well. I highly recommend it. It is made of quality materials & will last a long time! Delivery was fast as well. Thank you for a really great product

The groove pillows arrived in boxes and were easily opened and expanded. They are excellent quality and have helped with getting my neck comfortable while in bed. I ordered three and gave one to my son who is picky and he likes it also. I would recommend these as best quality pillows I’ve tried so far and I’ve tried several including high quality Sterns and Foster and The Coop.

Have been looking for a pillow to support my EDS neck and this has been the best I’ve found thus far!!! Sleeping way better and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Compare to my old, soft pillow, Groove Pillow is firm, comfortable with a shape that helps support my neck and shoulders. Although when I used it initially, the pillow feels a bit high for me, but still, I can sleep through the night without any neck pain, after 3-4 nights, I'm used to the new pillow. I'm no longer bothered by the pillow's height. It fits nicely now. Also comparing to other brands, Groove Pillow provides good quality at a reasonable price. I'm happy with the purchase.

This pillow really does relieve my neck pain.
I’ve tried so many, but they never helped.
I was honestly shocked when I awoke after using it the first night and had no pain.
For the past 30+ years I’ve struggled with degenerative changes, and hypermobility resulting in chronic spasm and headaches.

Has to be the construction which has made it very comfortable and relegated some of our other pillows to the guest room. :0) It's made an impact on aches that has happened up with some conventionally designed pillows we own.

Night headaches gone!
I tried my new groove pillow for around a week and found it really difficult to sleep on. It was hard and I could feel my neck and temples throbbing. So after 30 minutes of not being able to settle, I resorted back to my old pillow. Then I decided to persevere.. and I seriously haven’t looked back. I have now used the pillow each night for 5 nights and have had no headaches. I wake up refreshed and aligned. I will definitely be taking my Groove pillow wherever I go! It would have been lovely to have been given a free extra pillow case with my order but I’m so grateful to be headache free. Thank you.

The quality of these groove pillows is very good, we like the fact that on the lumbar pillows you can take the panels out if you don’t want them so firm, they are very good products, well made and of good quality

I have been experiencing neck pain for the best part of 6 months and I have found it a challenge to find a pillow that is comfortable. I sleep on my side and back and the Groove pillow is fantastic. At first I had to remember to use the sides of the pillow when I am on my side and the middle for on my back but after 2 weeks I don't even have to think about it. I love the fact it is a British company and that if you buy two pillows it is a great price which was fantastic! My neck pain has gone and I feel relieved. A great buy.

I had terrible pain in my neck and shoulders for months, my mum bought me this pillow and I wasn't really expecting anything but the relief was amazing, it just lines up your neck and spine, I love it so much I took it interrailing - it actually squashes down pretty small and when we got to a place where the pillows were a bag of foam pieces I felt pretty smug 😂

I highly recommend the groove pillow. I was using a premium memory foam pillow but suffering with severe neck pain, which was triggering intense headaches and migraines. I honestly thought it was down to my posture whilst sat at my desk, but my chiropractor told me to try the groove pillow, and it has been amazing. No more neck pain or headaches and a better night sleep. The pillows are also very good value for money compared to other products on the market.

The most comfortable pillow you will ever use. The support to your head and neck is perfect, shaped to perfection. I could never sleep without it again , would recommend this supportive pillow to anyone

Your pillow is great! I tried the Epabo pillow first & yours is better. . Especially the adjustable pillow as I am small & being able to adjust it really helped.

I used to wake up every morning with a headache and a stiff neck and I went through many different pillows trying to find the perfect one. I came across groove pillows about three years ago and decided to give it a try. From the very first time I lay my head on the pillow, I knew it felt different and for the first time in forever, I woke up without a headache. I would not be without my special pillow and if I’ve been on holiday, I’m always delighted to come home and back to my pillow. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has headaches or neck troubles. Is extremely comfortable and also cool. I use silk pillowcase on mine highly recommended.

Stick with it -
It takes a couple of weeks to get fully comfortable but I would definitely not change the pillow. It's great. Even my husband has stuck with it!
