I was ready to leave given a suggested massive price hike at the end of my contract. New suppliers have now come on board in my area as competitors. Lilly ? Millie ? Your agent put my mind at rest and came up with an offer suited to my requirements and to acknowledge my loyalty. I asked for time to think it over and she offered a callback this afternoon which she duly made. I accepted one of her offers. She was great ! Nice manner, clear delivery, kept her word. Customer service…good customer service can still tip the balance so don’t change your team for something cheaper….that would be false economy. A good ending given a beginning of low expectations….

Customer service and connection reliability is great with Gigaclear. On renewal of my contract Marcos was very courteous and found me the best deal.

I have been with Gigaclear for 18 months now and the service has been reliable and very impressive speed. Phoned up the customer loyalty team to negotiate a new fixed term price and they were very helpful and gave me a good discount so looking forward to another 18 months with Gigaclear

Installation charges BEWARE
Booked in an installation, did a site survey (which took 3 months), no mention of any costs. then tried to charge over £1200 for installation. Admitted they should have told me, but didn't. Offered no recourse than to just pay it. Waste of time.

I’ve been with Gigaclear for nearly 5…
I’ve been with Gigaclear for nearly 5 years. Broadband service is great as I live in a rural location. Always been the best option for us. Loyalty customer service hasn’t been rewarded very well. Every 18 months it’s a battle to renew at a reasonable price however I have just dealt with Lucy on the phone. Her customer service was excellent and she offered sensible renewal prices straight away which was refreshing, especially in the current climate where the cost of everything is going up!

Thomas was polite, helpful, clear in his explanations and had a voice which was very easy on the ear! He knew the answers to my questions without needing to check and showed good understanding of my situation, also offering me a fairer deal to renew my contract, which was otherwise due for a big (unreasonable)hike.

Always great customer service
Have now been with Gigaclear for a number of years as the Openreach broadband speeds in our village are like going back the the old dial-up!! After a few early technical problems in the early days, which were quickly resolved by their engineers, the customer service and fibre broadband speeds have been consistently excellent. Rang up to day as we were out of contract and given a customer loyalty discount without any hassle - the new contract and discount email arrived while we were still on the phone!! Highly recommend this company.
