We transferred to Gigaclear and then found it was 5g so our app on solar panels wasn't accessible. Solar people told us to ask Gigaclear and they instantly split our connection. Solar guys then helped with resetting app so all working 100% and wifi much faster and better. Such a pleasure to deal with companies that have lovely helpful staff easily accessible. I then went on to add an extra booster unit and Sharon from Gigaclear was amazing. After sending a helpful guide I got it working.Took me a while but I did it and Sharon sent 2 emails following up to see if it was successful so excellent support staff.

Switched to Gigaclear so we could have fibre rather than old copper wire that kept dropping. For the same cost, we now have 400 + download versus 70ish. Installation was quick once ordered and excellent team ran cable across the driveway and Conor came and installed it into the house with no problems. He also set it up so all running smoothly. Minimal mess which he insisted on cleaning up. Had to contact the in house team and Robin and James were very helpful and great to talk with. So far we're very pleased with it and hope for a now consistent broadband with no glitches.

We decided our original front door and side panels of 55 years needed an upgrade as the glass was old and door draughty. We got two quotes and Anglian was by far the less expensive (was a good price compared to our daughter's front door alone). From an initial meeting 5th August to installation on 9th September we were kept fully informed on the status of our goods and everything happened to schedule. The Salesman was helpful but not pushy and the Surveyor was very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail in making sure the installation was centralised. The Installer was very prompt and did an excellent fit with minimal inconvenience and no mess. Overall we can't rate them highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent products, bought a rug and small table. Staff were both helpful but not pushy. Even helped me put them in my car. Have used Harveys previously and would thoroughly recommend them.
