My therapist was punctual and very professional, very good deep tissue massage.

Blys was very easy to use and Simon was amazing!

Having a mobile hair and makeup artist come to me was fantastic. It removed a lot of stress on the day of the event. My stylist was fantastic.

I found it a little frustrating not being able to contact my stylist directly once I had made the booking and paid. There was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty. BLYS confirmed by phone that my stylist could come to my appointment earlier and then I noticed it reverted back to the original time causing some confusion and uncertainty. My stylish was unable to attend earlier.

I also had to pay additional for an updo due to the time it would take - the usual appointment time for a blow out, updo and makeup is 3 hours. My stylist was able to finish in 1.5 hours, as I didn't go ahead with the blow out, only the updo, however, I was thrilled with the outcome and she was able to meet my requested completion time 30 minutes ahead of schedule.

I would definitely use BLYS again now that I know how it works!

I would highly recommend Mary. She arrived on time, was friendly, efficient and listened carefully to what I wanted for my style. I would absolutely recommend and use Mary again in the future.

My therapist was on time, very professional. I also liked that the sheets were freshly cleaned and sealed in a bag which knowing they are clean was a big plus. After the treatment I was also given many handy tips to help prevent my muscles becoming so tight with stretches etc

I booked a massage for my wife's surprise birthday trip 2 weeks in advance, only to be cancelled on 2 days prior. Even though someone picked up the job a day prior, ir got cancelled again 12hrs prior. So, my wife ended up in Kangaroo Valley for a surprise trip with no birthday present as she got cancelled on TWICE. How disappointing.
