Ease of booking, follow up and details with answers from account executive was great. The masseuses were professional and on time.
We had scheduled for 15 mins massages for employees BUT they were shorter due to cleaning/turnover time being accounted for. Previous vendor we used massaged for full 15 mins.
Would also be nice if the masseuses asked about pressure preference. A couple of them would start with firmer massages on one side of the body and them either forget to work on the next side or be too soft on the other. It was inconsistent which was disappointing for some. Maybe due to limit of time. May consider using again but will need to list expectations and criteria's.
Navigating your website with scheduling was nice and easy.

Jean provided me with an Oncology massage and was so helpful! After today's session I felt instant relief and she was more knowledgeable than my oncology doctors! Had the most amazing massage on this platform. Also I went to the bathroom after the massage and Thi left without saying goodbye, which is odd social etiquette for a home massage, I was left with an eerie feeling. She also uses toxic baby oil so I had to supply my own organic coconut oil.
