So convenient
So convenient. Just put in what you want and when and then wait for it to be confirmed. Sarah turned up early and did a great job. The cost is more than a standard massage but I guess that’s what you pay for the convenience.

Great Service
The booking process on the Blys app is so straightforward. You can request the same person if you like, or try someone new. You can cancel a booking easily but must give fair warning, which seems fair to me. I can highly recommend Wena. She was very responsive to specific requests and gave a good, firm massage.
Blys is great if you find it hard getting out as the therapists bring everything needed. A great service!

I found my massage therapist was great explained everything as he went along. I would recommend blys to anyone, I was in so much pain before my massage, but now I am walking around much better without any pain, also they are very polite and on time.

Had a surprise birthday massage…
Had a surprise birthday massage scheduled only to have it cancelled a couple hours before. Would definitely recommend to stay away from this place! Was originally confirmed with "Kelsey", only to wait and when no one showed up and got ZERO notification that the booking had no one assigned to it. Definitely don't be fooled! Will never use again and will definitely dissuade anyone from booking.

We understand how important this booking was, especially as it was planned as a special birthday surprise, and we recognise how disappointing this experience would have been for both you and the recipient.
To provide clarity, the booking was initially accepted by the provider, Kelsey. However, due to an unexpected personal obligation on 12 December, the provider was unable to proceed and abandoned the booking. At that point, the booking automatically reverted to a pending status and was no longer confirmed. As no alternative provider accepted the request, the appointment was unable to go ahead, and a full refund was promptly processed to your account.
We’d also like to clarify that our system attempted to send a text notification to the recipient to keep them informed of the update. Unfortunately, as the phone number provided was incorrect, the message could not be delivered.
As Blys works with independent professional providers who manage their own schedules, there can be rare and unforeseen situations where a provider is unable to proceed at short notice. While this doesn’t change the impact of the experience, we hope this explanation provides transparency around what occurred.
As a gesture of goodwill, a coupon code was previously shared with you via email, which can be applied at checkout on your next booking.

Great Service…
I arranged two massages for a friend that I am supporting. She had Renee for one and Wena for another. The whole booking process was seamless and both therapists were on time and very professional. My friend said that they were both excellent and catered to all her special needs as she has a chronic condition. She was very happy with both and has rebooked them.

OMGosh Lamia was amazing
OMGosh, Lamia was so fantastic. She was so knowledgeable about the anatomy and applied that to the treatment plan for my remedial massage.
She applied care & attention to my body issues, didn’t overdo any one area. My only regret was that I didn’t book her for longer !
