Great massage

Great massage, all the knots were loosened and I felt a whole lot better after the session.
This was my 3rd time and the therapist was amazing. Suhana's is very good

Relax in your own comfort

I had such an amazing massage. The whole process was so simple and easy. I love how there are so many different options, the pricing is great and I absolutely love the convenience of having someone come to your house for a massage so I can go into complete relax mode straight afterwards. 100% recommend

Absolutely incredible massage

Absolutely incredible massage! I was in quite a bit of pain when Guilherme arrived, yet he managed to work through every ache without a moment of discomfort. He’s a lovely, calming presence, and it was effortless to relax and surrender to his magic hands. Every movement felt perfectly in tune with what my body needed. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Blys is great and you can get a Great…

Blys is great and you can get a Great Massage in a convenient space with discretion. However they don't offer my favorite Massage, Tantra and Nuru massage is my Favorite Massage. So Blys is satisfactory, enjoyable and effective within it's range of treatments on offer. For that I give 4 Stars. If Blys increases it's range of massage treatments being offer and it includes tantra and Nuru I would rate an extra star ⭐✨

Do not hire or work for this company.

They tempt vendors with high payout and they WILL NOT actually pay you.
I spent 5 hours on my first and only job for them and the client had put in the wrong job info so both her and I tried calling Blys for help nonstop for over an hour. No response, no answer. I completed the work for what the client actually wanted and Blys refused to pay me for the completed work even after the client and myself confirmed the changes.
Blys did not get back to either one of us for 48 hours. Had me wait for two weeks while they “reviewed” the situation and ultimately decided to not pay me.
This company is a scam to the client and to the workers. I still have not been paid. They will not pay you, do not support this company.

We’ve reviewed the booking you completed on October 4th, 2025. While the original service was completed the add-on service you provided—which was initially booked with another provider—was not approved by the client despite our follow-ups. As a result, we were unable to process payment.

Furthermore, the client subsequently reported that both services did not meet their expectations. This prompted a standard review to ensure a fair outcome for all parties, which caused the delay in your payout.

We would like to confirm that this review has been completed, and the full payment for the original booking and add on was released on October 21st, 2025.

For future reference, to ensure prompt payment, please remember that add-on services must be confirmed by the client through the platform prior to the session, as outlined in our Software License Agreement.

Absolute Blys!

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Rosi to you as an outstanding hairdresser on the Blys App.

I was desperate to have my hair seen to by a hairdresser because my long, blonde hair had turned into dreadlocks after an extended stay in hospital. I needed someone to come to our home as I was finishing my rehabilitation (from a hip replacement) at home and not fully mobile.

Rosi was an angel! She spent over two hours de-tangling my hair so I could keep as much length as possible! When she finally cut my hair, it was so precise and just what my hair needed!

Rosi is not only an outstanding hairdresser but a beautiful, kind and caring person! She was understanding of my condition and stopped so I could stand and stretch when needed.

Rosi is an extremely experienced hairdresser (with over 30 years experience) and incredibly dedicated to the hairdressing profession.

I cannot recommend Rosi highly enough and can’t wait to book her again for another Blys hairdressing session! Needless to say she is now at the very top of my favourite list on the Blys app!

Between the smooth, easy to navigate app to book the session and then the incredible, professional masseuse, I can’t wait to do it again! I am two weeks post partum with a house full of chaos and two tired new parents who would never have been able to get themselves a massage any other way. It was divine on a tough baby day. Avoid! It’s a scam! I booked a pedicure for my husband for our anniversary.. nobody accepted the appointment. 4 months later a woman shows up at my door to do a pedicure! The company claims I booked a reoccurring appointment… but nobody showed for 4 months! Why would I book a reoccurring appointment? It was for an anniversary! My husband works! There’s no way I asked for an appointment every month on the 17th! I’ve been round and round, demanding a refund, with no satisfaction. The poor nail tech, who is a contractor, drove an hour to get to my house, so I gave her 40 bucks. They lied to her, and me! I am disputing through the bank, but I’ve had it with trying to deal with customer service. They say on the website they are to be trusted and are fair. They are CROOKS! Biggest scam ever!
As a service professional, do not sign up with their company!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation regarding your booking scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, 2025. This booking was part of your recurring booking series, which you originally set up for Saturday, May 17, with a monthly frequency. When a recurring booking is selected, new bookings are automatically generated by the system according to the frequency chosen. Please note that enabling a recurring booking requires completing three explicit steps, which clearly indicates that a recurring booking cannot be created unintentionally.

From May 17 to September 17, a total of five recurring bookings were generated. We sent multiple email reminders each month regarding your upcoming appointments and provided opportunities to cancel. No action was taken on your part. For the recurring bookings scheduled on June 17, July 17, and August 17, no provider attended your location because these requests were automatically cancelled by the system as service providers did not accept them. In these cases, you were neither charged nor did any provider travel to your location.

We also attempted to contact you yesterday to explain the situation and provide proof of the recurring booking; however, you chose to dispute the matter with your bank, which is entirely within your rights as a client. Please note that we were unable to issue an additional refund in this case because, for the May 17, 2025, booking for your husband, we had already provided a full refund as a one-time goodwill gesture, despite the booking being confirmed with a female provider as per your initial request and your subsequent change of plans. This refund was issued outside of our standard policy.

For the September 17 booking, the charge was applied correctly under our Client Cancellation Policy, as the provider travelled to your location to provide the service. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both clients and providers. While we acknowledge that this situation may have caused frustration, our intention is to maintain a professional and reliable experience for everyone using our platform.

Charges for nothing.

I attempted to book a post-surgery massage through this platform, but my nurse later advised that I cannot have one until at least a week after surgery. Since nothing was confirmed for the following day, I went to bed assuming no booking had been made.

The next morning, I woke up to find a confirmed booking I never approved and money already deducted from my account. The platform is confusing and difficult to navigate. I didn’t even realise I had submitted a request. Overnight, a booking was confirmed without my consent, and because of this, I was unable to cancel in time. I was charged half the booking fee for a service I am medically not allowed to receive.

I reached out to the company, but they showed no concern or willingness to resolve the matter. Overall, it’s been an appalling experience, and I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

Our records show that on Sep 18 you placed direct a booking request with a provider for an appointment on Sep 20. The details of your booking request were emailed to you at the time. As per our platform process and terms, your provider was notified instantly about your request, and the booking was automatically
confirmed and payment processed when the provider accepted your booking request.
Additionally, your provider attempted to reach you multiple times on September 18 & 19 to discuss details, but unfortunately did not receive a response until Sep 20, the day of your appointment - at which point you informed your provider that you didn't have clearance from your nurse for massage therapy and subsequently decided to cancel your booking. Under our cancellation policy, cancellations within 24 hours of confirmed appointment time incur a fee in order to compensate providers for reserving their time.

We're genuinely sorry that you didn't receive the treatment you were after but we hope you understand the rationale behind our policies.

We wish you a smooth recovery, and thank you again for reaching out.

Cancel on you just before your appointment time!

My appointment was accepted 2 days before due, and then 50 minutes before they were due to arrive they cancelled, claiming they accepted the order by mistake. Absolute joke of a company! Brought this as a much needed gift for my wife and 50 minutes was no longer a time frame for anyone else to be booked such last minute. Such a disappointment! The appointment was originally accepted by Alyieana, be careful you don't get booked with her if you do use this company! No number for me to talk to anyone, automatic bot chat, so you couldn't have a human sort out a replacement at all. Will actively recommend NO ONE use this company

You also have the option to leave feedback directly for your provider. Simply go to “Past Bookings,” select the booking, and click “Rate Therapist.” This helps providers improve and assists other clients in making informed choices.

Terrible Customer Service

Booked with a provider. Needed to move my date. The day before my massage, the provider said it was possible so I offered up new dates. The morning of the massage she emailed me to say she couldn't make those dates work. My massage was at 10:30am. The provider barely tried to work with me and cancelled without telling me so I lost $130. If it wasn’t possible to reschedule, I should have been told the evening before and I could have tried to make arrangements. Waiting until 30 minutes prior to my appointment is unprofessional.

Customer service would not help. NOT UNTIL I LEFT BAD REVIEWS DID THEY OFFER TO GIVE ME MY VOUCHER BACK.

I don’t want to support a company that doesn’t do the right thing unless called out. I turned down the voucher. I prefer to work with honest companies that do the right thing first.

In line with our policies, the provider has been paid for their time, and the booking payment cannot be refunded. In good faith, we offered to restore the amount of $129 as store credit so you could rebook at a convenient time; however, this offer was declined.

While we understand that late cancellations and changes can be inevitable and frustrating, our terms are in place to ensure fairness for both clients and providers.

90 min late for appointment, nail file dirty & unhygienic

Booking: 281789 - 10am - Bridget

Therapist is 90min late. “She had something to do at the bank” says her txt msg. Bridget didn't seem to be bothered that I had to move around now my appointments because of her being late.

Her Nail file was extremely dirty which made me worried that I could catch bacteria.

I’m a first time costumer and will certainly never use you again.

Disappointed

I’ve worked with Blys as a massage therapist for several years. While the app brings in some clients and offers flexible scheduling, there are major downsides that service providers should be aware of.

The commission structure is very high, and despite doing all the actual work, therapists often walk away with less than your expectation Which the client pay high price. The rules and policies also feel one-sided — heavily favoring company with little protection for therapists, even in unfair situations. You can’t go to holiday, when you back to work , you get less money. You need 100% rebooking to keep high rate, you can’t accept to many new clients, it will drop your rebooking rate, slow notification, company allow clients slow payment, and no tracking payment allow client rebooking again?!

Support is often slow or unhelpful when issues arise, and there’s little opportunity to give feedback that actually leads to change.
