Save your money
Save your money. Really bad quality, ordered a wardrobe and the quality was so poor for the price, but tried to close my eyes on this matter. However, it’s been a year and that piece of wood is in my room unable to use, parts are falling apart. Have asked for help from the company, what I get for reply is that they won’t assist me. Really unprofessional.

We can see that your order was placed 10 months ago. You have since contacted ourselves to assist with the item as this is coming apart. Having provided images to ourselves, it is evident that the product has not been assembled correctly. We have directed you to several obvious areas which need to be revisited in line with the assembly instructions however you have declined to do so.
We have not stated we are unable to assist as we are more than happy to help you in resolving your issue with the wardrobe. As a first step however, we ask that you complete the assembly as per the assembly instructions, for example correctly attaching the hinges the correct way round.

Although it was a little disappointing that the two packages in the consignment became separated but it didn’t matter. The instructions for assembly are excellent and everything is packaged with great thought I regret not finding you before now.

*quotes 2 people to assemble , However I would say 3 people as a min
*Very heavy to move
* missing pilot holes
* instructions were not very clear at the end
* cheap looking stickers to cover screw holes
Overall assembly is not for the faint hearted or average diy’er !!!!

Placed an order more than 4 weeks ago and delivery date was in stock and delivered by 18 February. Advised last week that the courier company vehicle broke down and was waiting on part, then told part arrived and ordered would be delivered, then told the part for vehicle didn’t arrive and I would get order delivered yesterday or today. Told yesterday that it wasn’t out for delivery but passed to courier and I would get today. Received email to advise that order wasn’t going be delivered today however they would cancel as I had requested and feedback comments to courier. Indeed I cancelled the order after placing 4 weeks previously and you guys were unable to deliver on stated delivery time. Overran by two days and only being told on the day I was told it would be delivered that it once again wasn’t going to be delivered, so yeah I cancelled the order. I had to escalate to PayPal for refund as your customer service wouldn’t confirm I would receive refund. Your customer service team are not the most customer focus and the tone of their emails are rude. I managed to get the same table from Sterling Furniture who were excellent and delivered within two days. My advise to other shoppers is avoid at all cost.

As your order was 2 days over this lead time you had opted to cancel your order for a full refund and shared your negative feedback later that day.
You are correct in that we had been advised by the courier managing delivery to your area that they had a vehicle failure which prevented your order from being delivered within the advertised lead time.
We can see that your order has been cancelled and refunded in full and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Urban Elegance Reclaimed Small Bookcase. I bought 2 of these. I love them. Made from reclaimed wood they look great and I would call them medium size (which is what I wanted) rather than small. Great customer service and delivery - I was able to arrange delivery to my upstairs room of choice - they are quite heavy.

An excellent company to deal with. All instructions were followed for delivery. The parcel was in two separate pieces and when I advised I only received one parcel Furn-on went out of their way to ensure delivery of the second parcel. They were an excellent company to deal with. I was updated with emails and they followed up as promised. The wardrobe is very good quality and very good value for money. I would definitely use Furn-On again. Thank you so much

I like this seller. Prices are very competitive compared to other outlets for the exact same goods. Tony is very helpful and good to deal with.
The only criticism is that the bed ( which came direct from wholesaler) is supposed to be brown and it is more like black. A very bitter dark chocolate colour. Think this could be noted on the description, otherwise all good
