An easy website to navigate around. The table and chairs I ordered were cheaper than anywhere else. They were easy to contact and very helpful.

Stylish Furniture, Delivery Challenges
Great selection of furniture that complements my interior nicely. However, I experienced some issues with the delivery process, including missed deadlines and receiving the wrong items.
Despite these setbacks, the customer service team was polite and made efforts to resolve the problems.
Ultimately, it took a month, but I received all the ordered items.

This was due to an error initially whereby the incorrect part references were provided to you. We apologise for this causing a delay to you being able to complete assembly on two of the items ordered.
We are delighted that these have now been received and that your new furniture compliments the interior of your home so well.

Do not buy LPD Devon drawers
This review is for the product rather than the store. Do not buy the LPD Devon chest of drawers. Firstly it will take you at least 3 hours to assemble (makes you really appreciate IKEA simplicity). Secondly, the drawers have really poor capacity. This is primarily because there is at least a 10cm gap between the drawer runner and the back panel of the chest. The drawer width is only as long as the runner. Of course there is no mention of internal dimensions advertised anywhere & you won't realise this until you assemble it (which voids any returns) so you're stuffed. All I've got now is a bunch of overpriced MDF which can barely fit 2 adult jumpers.

Farnham recliner sofa and…
Received Farnham recliner sofa and chair but very disappointed with the look of the 'leather' I think it looks very plastic ! and not like it looks in the photo and the colour looks like a dull dark brown. I had seen this named product in a store and it looks nothing like it ?
Also the one side of the sofa makes a scratching noise when it is being reclined to close
This review is a bit late as I've been ill for over 2 weeks.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Sofa and Armchair delivered. Generally the feedback on your item is very positive regarding the leather air upholstery in terms of the appearance, quality and longevity.
We have reviewed the images of your furniture taken by the delivery company and compared against the website images of the product and can see that the colouring does appear to be consistent across this. As we do not have a physical store, we cannot comment on other sofas you have viewed with a third party company.
In terms of the sofa making a noise when reclining if you would to contact us directly and we can look to assist you further with this.
