The packaging was pretty good, the boxes were slightly damaged externally which was due to courtiers/transit but contents inside were very well protected. 5* for that. The wardrobe itself was exactly as expected and looks lovely in place. It’s not the most expensive so is not expected to last the 25+ years my last one did but we’ll see. Will buy from furn on again I'm sure. Andrew

100% happy customer here! I was very dubious about ordering from this company as I’d never heard it before and they had the same chest of drawers that I wanted for £100 less than other websites. I bit the bullet and I couldn’t be happier. The deliver driver was an absolute gentleman. The chest of drawers is of really good quality, with really easy to follow instructions and all the pieces fitted in perfectly. Thank you for making me a happy girl!

Overall the product was good. However, one side panel of the wardrobe was very warped. I didn't notice until I'd started building, so kept on going. In the end, the warp didn't stop it working. However, the back panel sticks out where the side panel curves inward and getting the drawers and door to fit that side was harder to do. Shame about this as it's a substantial wardrobe, besides the issues caused. Maybe you need to check quality better or check how products are stored. I'd advise customers to check carefully before starting build - unlike me!

In reply to your reply - that's v kind but if I were to take the wardrobe apart to put in the replacement it would tear the joints etc to bits. I appreciate you would have replaced the part at an earlier stage but it's just too late now. Thanks all the same. Not all companies even try to help. 👍

My wardrobe was delivered when I was told it would be. Product was in excellent condition. I have now purchased something else from the company. Definitely will use them again.

Received wardrobe end of October and had issues from the start of assembly. The door hinges are too big to fix to the edge of the cupboard. They have 3 screw holes, unfortunately the 3rd hole cannot be used because it hangs over the edge so there is nothing to fix/screw it to. The overhanging hinge is a health and safety issue as you can scratch/cut yourself on the sharp edges and also damage your clothes. There are 6 hinges in total. Furthermore the hinges do not take the countersunk screws which stand proud on the hinges and stop the doors from closing. I had to counter sink all of the hinges to make a better fit. The plastic brackets holding the internal rail have both broken so I had to replace with stronger metal ones. One of the doors was warped and does not close fully. There is no support under the wardrobe base. If you accidentally stood on it or put any weight on it, it would give way quite easily. There is a no return policy if you have started to assemble it. Unfortunately you only become aware of issues when you assemble. (I had raised the hinge issue with Furn-On.) Very disappointed with the quality of the materials used and the fixtures and fittings. The wardrobe looks better in a photo than in reality. This is my first time using Furn-On and it will be my last.
I have only had 1 set of assembly instructions, which was adequate, and for some reason a second set of fittings the same as the first. To say "the issue was solvable once given the correct assembly instructions" is incorrect and not true. The assembly instructions were never an issue to me which is supported by the e mails between us. The fixture and fittings were the problem. Rather this seemed to be an issue between Furn-On and its supplier. Furn-On didn't seem to understand what my issues were possibly because they don't manufacture these wardrobes. Furn-On's response does not mention the ill fitting hinges (and screws) nor the sharp edges at the back of the hinges. The rail brackets broke in December and as the whole of November was taken up with the hinges I didn't want to spend another month discussing these. It became evident through use that the unsupported base was a weakness and again this was not mentioned in Furn-On's response. Similarly the warped door. On a positive the lady I communicated with was as helpful as she could be.

The whole process from ordering the tables to receiving them was simple and efficient. Furn-On kept me updated throughout, with expected delivery dates and tracking information provided.
The tables were very well packaged, with no obvious signs of damage.
A bonus was free delivery, which some other online retailers were not offering.

Coffee table was lovely,i was kept informed all through the process until delivery.delivery guy Tony was awesome.

Dispatched on time, arrived late but was the fault of delivery company who are not very good.

Bought a sideboard and 2 glass door cupboards with drawers, these were on sale on other sites but decided to give furn-on a try as they were the best price, well I wasn't disappointed, delivered fast, easy to install with clear instructions, definitely recommend...everyone has complimented the units 😀

Very pleased with the telephone table, it was delivered with the wrong handle but after a short phone call was soon rectified, new handle arrived today.😊
