When I ordered a tv unit I saw that there was approximately 4 week delivery which was fine. The following day I got a phone call to make sure I had seen the delivery time. Impressed. It came a few days early and we are delighted with it.

In real not as on photos, head board is week not soft as described. Did order cheaper in twice bed from another shop and its better quality then this. Made in Poland. Delivery time was also more then 15 days more then they promise.
I'm a real buyer, will never buy again nothing from them. Waste of money.

I ordered a sofa, the color, the shape, everything is exactly as in the photo. Very easy to assemble.

I bought the lilac wardrobe. Very beautiful piece of furniture. Good value for the item. A bit difficult to assemble as the pieces were not numbered. I would recommend to have each piece numbered as in the assembly booklet as it took us some time to figure out which piece which number was.

I’m very happy with both the sofa and the service. The whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly and without any issues.

The delivery team was extremely polite and professional. They even asked if they should wash their hands before starting the sofa assembly, which I thought was a very thoughtful and respectful gesture.

A few days later I mentioned a small issue. It was something I probably could have fixed myself, but they insisted on coming back to sort it out for me. They returned quickly and took care of it without any problem. That level of customer service was really impressive.

Overall, a great experience and a beautiful sofa. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordering, payment and delivery were organized well and in timely manner. The sofa we have ordered was somewhat sloppy in the package (rather manufacturer fault) but very comfortable once assembled. Some issues were addressed to the customer service and they were great to deal with. Quick response and professional resolution. Definitely recommending this company.

Overall a very good service i purchased a tv stand it arrived 1 week later it was easy to assemble very clear instruction.

Delivery service was excellent .

Order, payment and delivery was well organised. When I open the side of one of the three boxes the 2 long pieces of wood that the wardrobe stand on fell out and both broke in half straight away. I used wood glue and some 1inch by two inch slats that I had at home to repair them. I get that the wood used is low quality but I expected the base of the wardrobe wood to be some what solid and not sawdust stuck together with a shiny exterior. I managed to get it assembled and the rest of it went well but the base at least should be more solid wood.

Update on above:
The company were quick to respond to the situation mentioned above and we came to an agreement to both our satisfaction.Due to this quick turnaround, I am now updating this to 3 stars

The sofa itself is very good quality – solid, sturdy, and without any faults. The waiting time was even shorter than promised, which was a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, the delivery was a big disappointment. The website clearly states that the delivery team is required to bring the sofa into the chosen room, but this did not reflect reality at all. The driver was asked to inform us 20 minutes before arrival because my husband needed to come from work to receive the sofa. Instead of 20 minutes, it took 50 minutes for the driver to arrive. My husband had to return to work, leaving me alone with a small child.
When the driver finally arrived and I asked about carrying the sofa upstairs (I live on the first floor), he only looked at me and rolled his eyes, clearly refusing. In the end, I was left alone with the sofa and no help. This situation would have been acceptable if the information on the website had been accurate, but it was misleading.

All was great. Contact with company and delivery driver. Fruniture look great. Recommend to all!!
