I can see we have received your report and following review, there are multiple examples where the company you have hired to assemble the product have not adhered to the assembly instructions. Using the images supplied by yourself we have highlighted areas where the assembly is not in line with the instructions and should be corrected, the doors certainly should not fall off. There was a lovely oak table I wanted that I had seen on various oak furniture sites. Thought I would shop around for 5 mins on the internet before going through with my purchase. Found the exact same table at a significantly better price at furn-on. Communication great and good delivery experience. Table exactly what I wanted and delivered quickly and safely to North Wales. Highly recommended company.

I was so pleased with my flat-pack purchase, firstly with the initial ordering and delivery service and then the actual quality of the product (Lamp Table), at a very reasonable price.
Even though it was a challenge to me personally, due to very bad arthritis in my hands, I managed to complete the assembly task to perfection. Excellent quality and would highly recommend Furn-on. Thank you!
