3 items of furniture purchased. Within 2 years all have bloomed with mould. No other mould in the property, so can only assume these got damp at some point before sent.

Quality service

Having shopped around I eventually found the perfect console table. The price was much cheaper than other comparable sites, it was easy to order and the delivery made at the date and time indicated. I would not hesitate to recommend Furn-On.

Rubbish! The quality of the table I purchased is…

The quality of the table I purchased is absolutely diabolical. I don’t know what material they use to lacquer the MDF on the tables with but it is thinner than paper (no exaggeration) and can’t even withstand a piece of Sellotape being stuck to it for a few seconds without completely tearing off, that should not happen and as a dining table it will have stickier things stuck to it than that, it’s not fit for purpose it’s shocking. I wish I’d discovered how bad these products actually were before wasting hundreds of pounds. Customer service is awful, blames ME for the damage and has the cheek to Suggest I pay for a replacement! Pay to replace rubbish goods with more rubbish goods! No thanks Emma! Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute disgrace.

Product OK

Product OK, a bit overpriced.
The delivery company you use need to be replaced. Very poor experience from the delivery company. I took a day off work for their delivery day. At 07.20am on the morning of the delivery day they just cancelled it. With no good reason. It was eventually delivered 2 days later, I had to take another afternoon off work.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delivery experience. Having reviewed your delivery, we can see that you had not confirmed the delivery slot sent to you. Our couriers called and there was no answer, so texted and sent a link for you to click agree or decline the slot. Instead a note was added to the delivery.

A positive experience.

A positive experience.
I contacted Furn-on prior to buying a coffee table to enquire about construction and recieved a prompt reply with photos to answer my question.
Once purchased the communications regarding delivery and checking for damage were clear.
When the item arrived there was damage to the packaging so I contacted customer services who logged the issue, sent email confirmation and advised me to unpack and check the table which unfortunately had a small amount of damage.
Once I had sent photos of the damage to the table and packaging I was offered a replacement or a discount.
At all times the interaction with Furn-on was polite and professional. I can not fault them.
And I can recommend the scandic coffee table. A good quality piece of furniture.

New Sofa

Found it easy to order my sofa online and received an email very quickly back advising me on delivery .The sofa was received on the time limit given and the two delivery men were very pleasant and out the sofa where I needed it to be.The Sofa is what i expected to receive also.Well satisfied with my purchase.

Avoid

Avoid, avoid,avoid. Complete sham of a company , run by clowns employing clowns. I ordered an electric recliner chair off them some weeks ago. They’ve given me 2 delivery dates in which I’ve had time off work . The first delivery day they was going to leave it in front garden as it was in a ginormous box and the clowns said it wouldn’t fit through my standard size front door. I told them to take it back rather than leave it in my front garden. They then arranged a second delivery day, where again I took the day off waiting for them. No sign I had to email the company to find out it wasn’t being delivered. I am now awaiting a full refund and am in the process of claiming loss of wages for 2 wasted days. Honestly shop elsewhere.. If you’re wondering what happened to the McDonald’s clown, he’s working for these. Update to reply. They did not phone me to say wagons broken down. I phoned them to ask if it was still coming as it was late. Clowns.

When the first delivery you refer to was attempted, it was established it could not fit through your front door. As a result the options available were to either return the item to the warehouse or leave outside. The delivery was understandably refused and delivery returned to the warehouse.

A second delivery was scheduled for you and we had arranged for the courier to unpackage the sofa and transport this into your home. Unfortunately this vehicle suffered a breakdown and therefore delivery was not possible. Once we were made aware of the issue with the vehicle, we called immediately to apologise and establish what action you would like undertaken regarding your order.

As requested, we are in the process of arranging a full refund to you and apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

Riminie virgon small dinning table

I purchased the Riminie virgon small dining set after searching many stores and web sites to find a table and chairs of the right size and colour for my kitchen.
I was kept informed about delivery and given the option to change the date if the one I offered was unsuitable.
The items were well packaged, although flat packed the table and chairs were easy to put together however the table is very heavy and although it was easy for 1 person to attach the legs it needed 2 to lift it from the floor to an upright position.
Although I have this table in my kitchen it would not be out of place in a dinning room.
Overall I am very happy with furn-on and had no issues from ordering on line to delivery to assembly and very happy with my new table and chairs
