Terrible and waste of time

Ordered a TV unit and it said it was in stock and delivery in 10 days. Nearly 3 weeks and no sign of delivery. Just messed around and lied too. Requested refund today. Absolute shambles

telephone table…

when looking for my telephone table came across furn on , not ever heard of this company I was a little concerned about buying. BUT how wrong can one be. highly recommend , great service throughout .

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel…

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel compelled to share my experience. Firstly, our delivery was delayed, and when we contacted their customer service team, we were told that the delay was beyond their control, despite their website stating that delivery would occur within two working days. Ours took over a week to arrive.

The situation worsened when we received a faulty wardrobe. After making extensive complaints and highlighting the issues to the company, they failed to acknowledge our concerns or assist us in resolving the problem. I advise caution when purchasing items from them and recommend taking their claims with a grain of salt.

Update since the last reply: I appreciate that you acknowledged the delay in delivery and that you've misled customers. However, your customer service team could have communicated this more effectively instead of being dismissive and rude.

Additionally, regarding my credit card company's statement about the wardrobe not being faulty, that is not accurate. We chose not to engage further with your company and decided against completing the excessive paperwork that came with the refund process. Please ensure you have the facts correct.

Lastly, we do not require any further assistance and will not be making any future purchases from your company. Thank you.

Thank for taking your time to share feedback of your order delivered in October.

Having reviewed your order we can see that there was a delay with delivery and apologise for this. Your delivery had initially been planned for a 1 person service which was subsequently amended to a 2 person delivery team who, whilst completing delivery in less than a week, did take 4 working days instead of the advertised two. We were contacted at the time by yourself and acknowledged this was over the advertised lead time. Since your order was placed in October, we have amended our delivery offering in conjunction with our 2 person delivery team in an effort to further reduce this lead time and avoid your situation from occurring.

With regards to the faulty wardrobe you advised you received, we can confirm that there were a number of e-mails communicated with reference to the issue you were encountering and how to resolve this. Regrettably it appears there was a lack of engagement in terms of the solutions proposed and therefore we were unable to resolve the issue encountered. We can see that you had attempted to get help from your credit card company who also agreed that the product was not faulty.

If you wish to receive any further assistance in resolving the problem you have had with the assembly, please get in touch with our team directly and we would be happy to help.

Even though we received 9.40 pm they where very helpful and had to unpack out side, but all went well and the furniture is very nice and hope it wears well.

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent. Emma and Tony need a pay rise! All questions answered. Delivery was a few days late but the weather and my location were more than acceptable reasons. Items ordered were just what I expected and arrived packed very well.

Furn on don't like negative feedback at all

I posted some negative feedback on their FB page and as soon as I did it, my feedback was removed. And what is worse, my "access" to their FB has been blocked, so I can only see their FB when I am logged off FB. Constructive feedback? Furn-on should learn to deal with criticism.
