Customer service is great however they…

Customer service is great however they do say that delivery will be in two working days! Don’t expect to receive it by then though. The company they use to deliver is not the best to say the least.
I’m still waiting for a confirmation on the delivery date. The company has not offered me any compensation however they have said that I could just wait for the delivery company to respond and deliver or a full refund and cancel the order? I’m pleased that a local company can suggest a refund and not loose business. I’ve received my delivery and I’m happy with my wardrobe, the response from the company has mentioned that the garage wasn’t secured and delivery was something that they wouldn’t normally do, however it was locked and secured the key safe number was given to them in a email. They did open and deliver the items and locked the door afterwards. Very good and respectful.

Upon reviewing your order, we note that you requested the item be delivered to an unlocked garage, with the expectation that the courier would lock up behind them. While we understand your preference, please note that most couriers are unable to accommodate with this type of request for security and liability reasons. One of our courier options, though slightly slower, does offer delivery to unoccupied private premises, which is why this method was selected for your order.

You previously expressed concern about the delivery timeframe, and we offered the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. You chose to proceed with the order, and we have continued on that basis. Given this, we were surprised to receive a 1-star review.

That said, we remain happy to process a full cancellation and refund if you prefer this option. Otherwise, we will continue with your order, but please do be aware that the delivery timeline will be longer than usual due to the delivery conditions specified.

10 working days to arrive as stated. Once shipped great communication with shipping company. Table chairs and bench arrived in 5 boxes . Packaged well. Instructions clear , the bench needed 3 people two to apply pressure the other to screw together.

Dining table

I ordered a dining table but infortunately the delivery company only delivered the legs. I contacted Furn-on and Emma was fantastic, she was onto this straight away and kept me updated. The table top was delivered 2 days later and we are really pleased with it. Thanks Emma for all your help and providing A+ customer service.

Great pizza and serv

One of the best pizza in London, proper Neapolitan, I’m from Naples myself so I can confirm! Big portions, plenty of topping on the base. Tasty antipasti, lovely atmosphere and even the music is good. And then the service: very friendly and helpful, the lovely waitress with an Australian accent, even though she’s not Australian (!), was really attentive. My son (who is 2yo) loved her very much! Even the pizzaiolo was nice and friendly. We will definitely return.

Still no refund

Although staff were apologetic, I purchased a nest of tables on line and when they arrived were of poor quality. I immediately rejected them and contacted the company to collect them. It took almost a month to arrange collection, in spite of much chasing on my part. These were collected a week ago and still no refund. Only given one star as the lady on the phone was so nice and apologetic!

While we're pleased to know our team member was courteous and apologetic, we completely understand your frustration regarding the delays in collection and refund. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to deliver.

As you're aware, the delay was due to our supplier's mishandling of the collection process. We've since addressed this with them directly to ensure it doesn’t happen again in future return cases.

Your refund was processed nearly a week ago, as communicated, and typically takes 3–5 working days to appear in your account. We understand your concern, but at the time you reached out, it had only been three working days — still within the normal processing window, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

We truly appreciate your patience and once again, sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Was able to forward book a nominated delivery day, which was really useful. Driver turned up on time and was polite and friendly.

High hopes - total disappointment.

High hopes, but…order placed 27th Feb. Item received in what only can be described as a woeful state (damp, damaged and disgusting), repackaged and returned….and as I sit here 43 days later you still have my money (and only because I checked did you bother to tell me).

I love my new sofa…

I originally purchased a sofa with another company who couldn’t fulfil the order, when I came across Furn-on who were having a spring sale and offering free delivery.

My sofa arrived today, the original one I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Ordered on the 3rd April and arrived on the 7th, you can’t get much better than that!!

Communication was good and the delivery driver was very polite and super helpful. Modular sofas are definitely the way forward!!

Item damaged when contacting company via email not very responsive on getting back to you over a week now and situation has not been resolved .. Company got back to me part that was broken has been sent to myself and now ok thank you

Having reviewed the timeline, we’d like to clarify a few points. Our records show that your order was delivered on 31/03/25. You first reported an issue with a damaged part on Thursday, 03/04/25, at 3:55 PM. Between Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, we sent four emails to identify the specific part you needed.

As of today (08/04/25), we’re pleased to confirm that the replacement part has been dispatched.

We genuinely value all customer feedback as it helps us to continually improve. That said, we do believe we’ve been responsive throughout and that the matter has been active for two working days, rather than the week referenced.

Refund .....dont be silly!

Received a damage console , spoke to manufacturers , who apologised , offered to collect and refund Furn - On. I emailed Furn-On that I had been told to inform them.
Furn -on were having none of it , certainly not a refund.
Asked irrelevant questions like did you make the unit , and were informed it was damaged and marked.
We sent photos...No refund!
I approached the manufacturer who confirmed they had refunded Furn-on .
So Furn-on now have my money and the refunded unit ....In my book this is appalling practice.
