Yearly buy
I have to order every year as I leave my flags outside every year. Because of the colors, they fade and wear. However I love the flags. I get 3 military, army, Navy and Marines. Thank you for having them.

Friendly and helpful phone representative
I noted that Flags.com was based in South Florida and I decided I would call to see if a retail pickup made sense instead of shipping charges. The woman I spoke to could not have been more helpful in selecting the right flag material for the intended use location and in the end shipping was a better choice - my flag was shipped promptly and arrived right in time for the gift occasion for which I purchased it.

Wrong flag delivered
Ordered the Irish national flag and the King’s Colours. Ireland came through. Instead of the King’s Colours I got a Union Jack. They are not the same thing and I already had a Union Jack.

Quality of the flag is excellent

I mistakenly ordered a smaller flag…
I mistakenly ordered a smaller flag than needed. When I called their office, located in the USA and staffed by a pleasant lady who spoke English without a strong accent that often leads to not understanding someone over the telephone, the problem was immediately rectified (I had not used the first flag). I have received the replacement 6X10 flag. It is very well made in the United States and looks great flying in front of our house.
