Their return policy is extremely…
Their return policy is extremely disappointing. Not only do they refuse to refund shipping costs (both ways), but they also charge an additional 15% restocking fee. By the time you factor everything in, returning an item can cost more than just keeping it.
Be aware of this before making a purchase and plan accordingly. I won’t be doing business with them again.

We use UPS as a default when shipping from our store location, since the service is speedy and has a good claims resolution process. (Original message: My local professional fence builders dropped the ball more than once because I wanted cedar split rails. So, I went DYI with Hoover. Out of 27 rails, 24 are really good and 3 are good enough. The posts are excellent.)

Thank you for finding us and giving our Western Red Cedar Split Rail fence a shot. Our split rail products are natural, therefore will have some irregularities that man-made products often do not. We do 'cherry-pick' orders such as yours to try to provide 100% useable material. We also recommend ordering a few extra rails/ posts just in case.
