They gave proper service, but felt very scammy
There are lots of prominent Flag websites that have a near identical UI as this one, and that all use identical images of the same products (some of the flag images are identical down to the pixel on many of these sites). It appears that they're all owned by the same organization, selling the same products, but trying to appear as though they are different companies. The name on the logo doesn't always match the URL, and some of the names in the logo are the same as other (non-brand) flag websites, which creates confusion. For example, compare the interfaces of flags.com with usflags.com - the latter is called "Flags Unlimited" in its logo, which should not be confused with flagsunlimited.com based in Canada and flags-unlimited.com based in the US.

Our company name is Regal Flags & Poles Inc., DBA FLAGS.COM. We’ve operated under this name since the 1990s, which is when the owner and her late husband acquired the Flags.com domain. It’s very common for companies to have domains that don’t exactly match their legal names. Booking.com is a good example. Domains are often chosen for clarity, availability, and long-term SEO value rather than matching the full legal entity name.
The flag industry is also fairly small, and many retailers source products from the same long-standing American manufacturers such as Annin, Eder, FlagSource, and Valley Forge. Because of that, some product photos may appear similar across multiple retailers. When we use photography we’ve taken ourselves, you’ll see a light watermark indicating it’s original to us.
Most established retailers in this space know each other through industry associations and events. We’re all independent companies, and each business serves its own customers, even if some products overlap.
Most of us are independent companies, not different fronts for the same organization. United-States-Flag is more of a large multi-category retailer, selling everything from flags to English tees to safety supplies, which sets them apart from the specialized flag dealers in our industry.
