Second flag & still happy
This is my second flag from flags.com, after buying the first with a flagpole at a home show. I love working with these people! They're patriotic, upbeat and have very helpful tips for taking care of the flag. I recommend them 200%.

They were prompt
They were prompt, informative, and accommodating. It was near Christmas and the flag I wanted was out of stock. I was a little disappointed, but was so happy when it was delivered before Christmas. I called and talked to a customer service representative. She was wonderful, caring and pleasant. The flag came the same day I talked with her.

Product was everything I was hoping for. Post office left a lot to be desired. A direct route from you to me was 900 miles. Route taken by post office was 2,000 and was in transit for 8 days.

We recommend printed fans as economical and easy alternatives to our fully pleated fans.”
